I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and honestly, I come here about 1 to 2 times a week for either personal or work meals. They have always been amazing, even times when they forget items, food is cold, wait time is very long, I never complain because they are all human and nothing is perfect! All employees have always been very respectful and I appreciate all of their hard work!

Last night Saturday March 1st I went through the drive thru around 9:45 pm. The girl that was running the window was incredibly rude and had an attitude when I told her I was given the wrong drink, along with not receiving any of the salad kits for the 3 salads I had bought. I have always had great experiences at this location until last night; that girl definitely needs some coaching as to how to properly communicate with customers.

I had placed an order through door dash for my family. Seems to be issue with chick fil a of associates giving orders to dashers without confirming! Then they end up taking the order for themselves. I spend $50 and wait for two hours! Can’t even remake the order for the new dasher that comes to pick it up. I did put my input into door dash as well but thought it might be best to do it here as well for some feedback to verify in the future to prevent this happening.

Parking: It is hard to get to the parking because of the drive thru line.
Disappointed! I have wanted to like Chick fil a however it is always terrible from the food, to the service and the ridiculous drive thru. I am now officially done with this establishment. Tonight I went and ordered 3 meals, 3 deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches all with pepper Jack and one with bacon added. All the waffles fries were cold 2 of the sandwiches seemed smashed and the chicken was so thin...like a store bought chicken patty defnot worh the cost.The third sandwich with the added bacon was miss the chicken completely...REALLY!! Maybe instead of having 6 people walking around one of them should be on quality control! It will be Popeyes only from now on! I did get a refund for the one meal, but inconvenience was irritating.
I am so disappointed, on more than one occasion the food from this location has let me down. Today for example, I ordered chicken noodle soup but got a cold chicken tortilla soup instead, the waffle fries were COLD, and the spicy chicken sandwich was soggy, and wet.
The sauce packets I got are still good… suppose that’s a plus.

We all love the food, that's not the issue. Do these kids taking orders expect us to remeber the entire menu?!?!? There's nothing more irritating than driving up and they ask what I want. There's no menu in site and the menu display is never close enough to review. I asked the girl taking my order for a menu and she acted extremely put off. She had to walk back down the road, grab the menu, then stomp back to the car. She was extremely rude after that. I don't have the menu memorized! Maybe if these kids took orders in front of the menu or actually kept the menu card attached to their ordering pad there wouldn't be an issue! I know the restaurant is busy but makes for an uncomfortable and irritating order experience when the menu is an inconvenience to provide.
