The most delicious food in all the land. Sunday afternoon they were a bit slow but we decided to try it anyway based on the good reviews here on google. It was amazing. I wish I had discovered this place a year ago. I will be eating here all the time and I can't wait to taste everything on the menu.
I have been to most of the authentic Mexican restaurants in Brighton and this one by far is the best. The food was so flavorful - even the rice (which I was expecting to be just .... rice) was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. This location needs to stay. I don't know the last time I have had such excellent authentic Mexican food.
And if you go here and the service is a little slow, chill out. There's a limited staff but it is worth he wait.

Green Chile had a unique flavor, it was good compared to other green chiles in Colorado. The food was mediocre; the birria tacos were salty as well as the quesadilla. For the price I was suprised how salty the food tasted. I will probably be back to give it another try
