Low low portions, Chicken had alot of juice and not drained properly. Rice had abit too much lime and over cooked, beans had a dry/smashed textured look. Team seemed stressed and rushed. Too many kids working here. Experience over all ehh.. i recommend other locations.

Went there today for lunch. Asked for a Steak Burrito, I was asked 5 times for queso when the first time I said no..
No one knew how to roll a burrito the right way, made the guy reroll because everything was falling out. Get home and the steak is very chewy and gross. Literally only ate the tortilla because the steak grossed me out.
I don’t know what happened but this location is always a hit or miss.

If using the pick-up lane, check your order before pulling away. Ordered two simple entrees tonight, with chips and queso. Got home to find no chips. Had to hit up a local gas station for the tortilla chips. 😒😩

Let’s face it, a chipotle is a chipotle, this place is about the same as the rest of them, kept fairly clean, and the food and service is pretty decent

So if you are looking for a great place to stop for a bite, this would definitely do!

If you do a mobile order & expect timely service at the window, you’d be sadly mistaken here. ‘Speed of service ‘ is not something this store has ever heard of. I worked at Starbucks for 8 years, had the drive thru person turned their back to the window it’d be Big Correction- FAST! Not here, not at all. In fact, making eye contact and giving you their back is standard operating procedure at this Chipotle. I’ve experienced this same routine multiple times, the person who hands you your order is also in charge of bagging & tagging the order, THIS IS THE FOCUS! That and joking around with coworkers. Making a quick connection, getting the order & handing the order off is a 15-20 second exchange. Most drive thrus have a timer, yes, your time in any drive thru is tracked, every company with a drive thru tracks their speed of service. I doubt these guys have a timer, they must turn it off if they do. My 1st experience at this pick up window was unbelievable!!! The line was around the building and the food hander outer, was in zero rush mode, her night was fun!!! Very nice back too.
Now, I go early and know, they are here for themselves, not their customers.

The night shift manager was mean and rude, when they messed up my order, didn’t ask if we wanted any ingredients on our 5 bowls and when I asked she gave me an attitude, when I asked about the wrong bowl that they messed up to be change to what I wanted she grabbed it and dumped it in the trash can with a rude expression and kept doing her job with a rude expression.

This is a direct message to the manager of this location and the owner - you absolutely need to work on your quality control and understand this location has been tumbling down hill. Your staff running the drive through window tonight (November 17, 2024) should be fired, they are extremely rude and immature individuals. I’d very much like contact information to management, or for them to follow up, they need to know this is unacceptable behavior.

My husband and I buy multiple bowls for weekly dinners every once in awhile when we get tired of cooking. It seems to be a common occurrence the visit isn’t great.

Tonight I ordered 4 meals and chips online and used the drive thru for pickup. I was handed my food and opened the bag just to check to see if everything was there before leaving. I noticed several of my sides were missing, so I waited until the girl inside noticed me and I waived to her. She came to the window and I asked if I could get a few of the sides I ordered as well as a few small sides of lettuce since it wasn’t possible to do online. She rolled her eyes and shut the window without saying a word to me, and walked inside and looked to mockingly start talking with the other young girl working behind the counter. I could see they walked over and started working in the sides but saw the drive thru attendant hold up the containers and point at them and she was laughing with the other young girl. She came back to the window and very snidely handed me the bag of sided and said here are your sides and turned and shut the window again.

I just got home to see my bowls are about half full, clearly don’t have the extra rice I ordered, two of the bowls have brown rice instead of white rice like I ordered, and all of my sides have about a small spoonful of lettuce, sour cream, salsa instead of being most of the way full like they normally are. I think the young girls did this on purpose for a laugh. This is ridiculous, I’m so angry I’d love to take this food all back. Maybe management would show good faith and refund me or make sure I get my moneys worth? I absolutely will not be back if this is not addressed, and will definitely tell others it’s not worth eating here. This is ridiculous.

Our food was HORRIBLE. Over salted and inedible. When trying to speak to human it's impossible to speak to a human at the restaurant. We'll take our $$ elsewhere.
