Worst experience ever. Employees are not welcoming at all. They give cups all full and full of ice cream on the edges . Wrong ingredients and terrible service .. Need to hire people who WANT to work not just that want a PAYCHECK.
Ice cream was overpriced and I tossed 2 cups out because they were just plain disgusting. Workers were super nice but for $20 and 1 small cup of edible ice cream I was left very disappointed.
I came at 8:45 and that already had the doors locked
Thank you Dray & crew for delish ice cream & excellent customer service !!
Good ice cream, friendly staff and quick service. Do check the prices before ordering, as they’re quite expensive.
I just went to Cold Stone on my way home from work and the customer service was amazing! A man with longer blonde hair, a taller man with curly dark hair, and a shorter woman with dark hair and glasses were working. Not only was I greeted the second I walked in but so were all the customers behind me. The man with curly dark hair took care of me and did an excellent job. About 10 people came in behind me and he never made me feel rushed and still took his time making my order perfect. He was very sweet and not only that but working fast and efficiently. The whole staff was honestly doing as much as they could to be fast but also kind and patient with every customer. I haven’t been to Cold Stone in years and this will definitely make me come back. Be very proud of the staff you have because they’re doing a really incredible job.
To the staff: Thank you so much and keep doing what you’re doing. Working in customer service is so hard and the fact that you were all even smiling when I walked in was amazing. It can be such a difficult job so just know that you're appreciated and that it’s seen how much effort you put into making others happy. I went home and had an amazing rest of my night because of this experience. :)
Do you guys just not care at all about your DoorDash orders? I’ve had an issue almost every single time I DoorDash. I order A LOT! there always missing ingredients or items. I call everytime and there always an excuse. This is messed up to not care about peoples orders just because it’s a DoorDash and they aren’t there!
Took my daughter on an ice cream date. The ice cream was delicious. Thank you Melissa for the great service. ❤️
Hours on the door don’t match the hours online and they’re taking online orders after close. Get it together
I ordered my son’s birthday cake through this location, unfortunately something glitched in the system and my order wasn’t ready by my pick up time. The lady was nice and told me they would try to get it done tonight but gave me her manager’s number to call. Sadly I didn’t get her name but the Manager Joe went above and beyond and actually delivered my cake to me so I didn’t have to go back the next day. Talk about going from a super stressful situation to a relief, mistakes happen, systems glitch but it’s nice when good people try their best to make the situation better. Truly appreciate you guys and will definitely continue my business here!!

I tried Cold Stone for the first time and paid $8 for a Cheesecake Fantasy ice cream. The ice cream itself was very creamy, but the blueberries were small and hard, which threw off the texture. The strawberries were okay, but there was very little graham cracker, and I could barely taste the cheesecake, if at all.

I understand help is hard to find these days but you do have to train your employees to speak English if working in a US service business. You also need to supply support to the obviously terrified employee who couldn't communicate with customers. Went to Dairy Queen.

Let me tell you about a time that I saw an apparition at Cold Stone Creamery that changed my life. I’m a person who visits often. One day there’s a lady who I had not seen before working. I have to say, I’ve never seen her since. I had been going through some life ponderings. Wondering what I should do with my future. Somehow I started talking to this lady about how we are both educators. She recommended universities where I could follow my passion of getting a masters in reading. That day I went home, researched and started my grad journey. Since then (a few years ago) I’ve graduated with honors and I’ve found so much purpose. Thank you Cold Stone ghost. You were just what I needed when I needed it.
The ice cream is pretty good too.

Truthfully, I don't blame the employee for this experience. They need training on how to make the to-go sizes.
So I walk in to buy a quart. I could immediately tell when the employee scooped the ice cream and toppings, that they were not accustomed to making this size. She had starting combing the amount of ice cream and topping for maybe a 'gotta have it'. This whole time she's mixing it, she's trying to check me out instead of just focusing on her task. Another training point?
She finishes mixing and walks away to get the quart container. She comes back and looks at the amount of ice cream she made, and decides to scoop more ice cream out and add it in. She does this a second time, and then decides to pack it in the container. It is still barely full, so she smooths the top out to make it look full and hands it to me.
At this point, I had already paid halfway through this process. I open the lid before I walk out and look disappointingly at the now soupy, overworked mixture with barely any toppings and head out. Since this thing cost $15, I decided to go back in and return it.
She asks what's wrong and I explain to her. She tries to explain that "This is how the larger sizes come out" and offers to add more toppings. The last thing I wanted was softer ice cream, and more micro-toppings. Come on, everybody loves a good chunk of brownie or cookie dough.
So anyway, they had to call the manager to get me a refund. I appreciate how they handled the situation, but please get these folks some training.
Also, here's a tip for making the larger sizes like quarts and half gallons: loosely fill up the to-go container before mixing in toppings.
Good luck!
Lately I don't like the staff that is there on this date, why do they serve you so little, I bought a large bucket of ice cream and it wasn't full, when before they served you the full bucket, the ice cream was melting
