Usually a good experience, except the fact the last three years on my birthday I came in the Crumbl store showed my ID and was able to get a cookie now all of a sudden they mandate that I get a voucher through the app that doesn’t work. Please stop doing the free cookie if you’re going to make it a hassle nobody wants to waste time on their birthday.
