We went to their drive through and there was a car in front of us and they were waiting for a while and then left. When we went to the speaker we never got greeted and we asked if anyone was there and no one answered. Then we pulled around thinking it was closed just to see the employees playing around.

Update your time, tried getting ice cream on 12/23 and they closed at 8pm. On the door it also says nothing about them closing early for 12/23! Such a bummer
My burger was disgusting couldn't even finish half of it but the chicken strips and Fries were okay

This location has went to shit fast! They only care about their drive-through times not the quality of any of the food! We’ve received both raw chicken and blizzards with absolutely nothing in them three or four different times now! Totally bummed out that it’s gotten this bad! We asked to get our blizzard fixed because it was missing the chocolate sauce and when they gave it back to us, it was literally nothing but chocolate sauce, and it was absolutely disgusting.

A bit greasy (it is fast food though 🤷🏼♀️). Tables could be cleaner. Stuff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have only ever had the best experiences here! The employees are all excellent: polite, prompt, thoughtful, professional. The restaurant is always clean, the food always just as ordered and quick to arrive. I prefer no other fast food place in Brighton.

So I got the Superman buffalo chicken and was very disappointed. I could have gotten the regular and some sauce packed and do a better job. Shame.

Is it really that hard to get an order right? No it’s not, but apparently they can’t. Spent $20 just for it all to be wrong.
