Always great customer service here. Great food too!

A bit greasy (it is fast food though 🤷🏼‍♀️). Tables could be cleaner. Stuff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have only ever had the best experiences here! The employees are all excellent: polite, prompt, thoughtful, professional. The restaurant is always clean, the food always just as ordered and quick to arrive. I prefer no other fast food place in Brighton.

So I got the Superman buffalo chicken and was very disappointed. I could have gotten the regular and some sauce packed and do a better job. Shame.

Absolutely terrible, walked in at 9:30 am and I was the only person, instead of saying they could help me and make my day, they say we aren't open and that's pathetic, I was hoping for a delicious bizzard but I can't get cause of the ego of the company. Ruined my day completely cause all I wanted was a blizzard I haven't had for months! On the website it said they were open and the door was even open. Shameful, do not go cause if they won't make my day, they probably won't make your day. Honestly just get some Ice cream and chicken tender elsewhere, this is unacceptable and I'm never going to DQ again! Also the tall man with smooth brown hair with a grey unifrom, if that's the manager then shame on you. I'd do your job 2000% better. You all just lazy cause you don't want to open up early cause you hate ur job. Please customers, look elsewhere

I'm sad that DQ discontinued many of its topping flavors, and that their portion sizes have shrunk considerably. Also, any promotions they have are only available through the app. 😔
