Ordered a blizzard. Ice cream was runny and asked for a lid and the guy smashed the lid and made a mess for me to clean up in my car. I'd rather take the $ and buy ice cream from the grocery store.

The food here is quite nice, I always love myself some good DQ, though the lines will tend to get long after any high school event in the area so just be careful being there on a Friday.

Parking: Parking gets full quickly as it is very busy, plus the road construction does not help.

Kid-friendliness: It's a dairy queen, so lots of kids there no matter what.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a couple of spots, and the store does have decent wheelchair bathrooms and a couple tables as well

They lack the capacity to take a order from you and input it in the computer correctly. I order two small blizzards and was givin 1 mini blizzard and was charged for $6 and some change for a mini blizzard.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brighton Dairy Queen for making my son an amazing cake!!! The whole process was fantastic from the ordering to the pick-up. The cake was so perfect!!! It was decorated just perfectly for his personality. It was super tasty!!!

Have to say over the last several months I have been getting more and more disappointed with dairy queen. Whether I order in person. Drive thru or online. My order is never correct. Today alone ordered 6pc BBQ basket with Buffalo and ranch and a oreo blizzard. I was not given a BBQ basket but regular, with gravy. And no buffalo sauce. I was able to catch the buffalo sauce since it wasn't in the bag. But made it home and realized I got a regular chicken basket and not a BBQ one.
There have been times I have completely received the wrong order in the bag, but my name and receipt on the outside of the bag.
After today, I don't think I will be returning
