Been here twice recently both times my order was not ready, even though I arrived after the stated pickup time after ordering online. The most recent time I ordered ribs, and when I arrived they said they were out of ribs. I asked why they hadn't called and let me know so I could change my order. They stated they were too busy to call.
Ordered from GrubHub today (10/6) and it was kind of a disaster. The pulled pork from here is usually our go to and the brisket ain’t too bad either, but today our pulled pork had pieces of foil in the meat and there were several bites I had to pull foil out of my mouth. We didn’t receive any BBQ sauce with our order - we requested sweet and hot, also the baked potato casserole tasted super funky almost like it was bad or old… probably will be taking a break from here for...read full review

Food is okay a lot of times the brisket is a lot of fat and chopped when you want sliced. Lot of a teenager's working there, Customer service isn't up to par. Doesn't seem to be a manager presence.
