Ice tasted like soil in my soda my chicken tasted like a ashtray it was so burnt tasting and my Mac and cheese was rotten I've never left bad reviews like this but a line has to be drawn. This could make people sick I mean what's actually going on

The guy who seemed to be in charge gave us portions of food that were crazy small. Ordered the Texas Frito pie and for the portion of chips used a single bag of single serve Fritos. For $12 I think you should get more than a $1 bag of chips. The brisket Mac stack that I also ordered was what I would consider small for the $12 price, it was also cold by the time I got home and I live about a 1/2 mile away. Really the only reason why I have two stars is because the lady giving the sides and running the cash register was nice to me and my girlfriend. Honestly if I could dispute this charge with my bank I would. This was disrespectful.

I use to love Dickies, and it was even better that it was basically in my neighborhood; however, I feel like they have gone "down hill" a bit over the past year or so. They are never very busy but the service can be slow and the last time I got food the meat was just a bit too dry for me. We'll give em another shot here soon!

This location is great! It is tucked away and a bit hard to find, but the food was good and the service friendly. They quite happily catered to my request for lean brisket. The giant stuffed potato was very tasty! The restaurant was clean if not real cozy. We will return!
Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Several sides would fit that bill.

It was good, except my sandwich had a giant chunk of fat. Not much meat in it, but what was in there was ok. New ownership, so I understand it might take a minute to get things together. Luckily, i had a coupon. The ice cream machine is back and that's awesome!

Undercooked potatoes, forgot sauces and one of the side items. Not enough to toppings or sauce to make the dry undercooked potatoes edible. Dickey’s BBQ in Brighton is a sad excuse for BBQ, this was my second time giving them a chance and they have failed a second time. WILL NOT BE BACK! Look elsewhere. This was $50 wasted!

November 22nd 2024... UPDATE: THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I AINT NOTHING BUT OLD FOOD FOR REHEATED. FOOD, THIS FOOD IS DISGUSTING. THE PORK RIBS WERE DISGUSTING. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS FOOD WAS GROSS. I THREW UP NOW, MY STOMACH HURTS. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU RUINED MY LUNCH! I will never eat at this location or any of their locations ever again. This place is dead to me...!!!!

I've given this place several opportunities to provide basic customer service and they continue to miss the mark every time. Today was the last time. I will not return nor do I recommend this place to anyone. It is obvious the owners and the staff do not care, close this place down.
