We always order from this location and add multiple extra sauces to our order and 9 times out of ten they never show. Tonight I decided to call and complain, the call was answered and set on the table. I could hear people talking in the background and other phones ringing yet no one ever came to the phone so I called again this time actually hearing a voice asking me if I’d hold. Finally then someone got back to me and I asked for a refund for just the sauces. They informed me they couldn’t do that they’d have to refund the whole order to which I staid, you might as well because I’ve probably spent over 30 dollars on unreceived products. I was placed on an other hold and was then informed they could have an other drive run it back out to me which I appreciate however I don’t want to have to wait an other hour to eat I’d rather just get refunded the money. So it’s now been an hours since the pizza showed and still no show from the additional driver. This is ridiculous, with how often you are messing up simple tasks you should have a way to refund what you do not provide when paid for it.

I ordered a stuffed crust and got hand tossed but they put it in a black box as if it was a stuffed crust. Also the pizza is like all bread and no cheese. The wings had no sauce. It was the worst order I’ve had.

Ordered a pizza they said it let the shop at 12.26 at 1 when I called Tyler said he still had 3 more delivers before it would get to me. When I complained he suggested that I come in and pick up a job application. Tyler was rude and quite the jerk. When I said to refund my money he said it will take 5 to 7 business days. Will never order from Dominos again.

I'm not exactly a big fan of Domino's to begin with, but good lord this one is extremely disappointing. Nearly every time I place an order here they mess it up in some way that leaves me confused as to how it happened. Placed an order that came out to just under $30 for one pizza, nowhere on that order was green peppers, yet they put them all over the pie. This isn't nearly the first time they've just added ingredients or taken them off despite no instruction to do so. I'll give them one thing; They consistently mess up my orders.

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews we get great service every time we go and the pizza is always fresh and they definitely don’t skip out on the toppings. the carry out special is always on point every time we go.

This place either needs to be completely re-staffed or just shut down all together.
Placed an order for 3 medium 2 topping pizzas at 7:19pm on New Year’s Eve. After over an hour of waiting and no status update on the delivery, we called the store, just to be put on hold for a good 20mins. When someone finally took our call, we were told that our pizzas were just coming out of the oven and the ETA for our order was about 35-40mins out. The driver finally pulled up at 21:34 with pizzas that were not only cold, but one of the pizzas was a small instead of a medium, all 3 pizzas were not just burnt but close to cremated, no extra cheese and the toppings were about non-existent. Pieces of paper and cardboard were the toppings we could find on our pizzas. So we called back and asked for the order to be redone. We were “promised” the order would go out before their early New Year’s Eve closing. No timeline given. When an hour later, no pizza arrived at our house, we called back just to find out, they closed shortly after we called.
The no-care attitude and the way they handle their customers and food is absolutely unacceptable.
Management needs to get a handle on the staff they employ at this location, as it is an insult to any customer they serve or not. Disgusting and will report not only to corporate but also this place needs to be inspected for their food handling.

I ordered 2 thin crust sausage pizzas. When I got them home, I opened both boxes and both pizzas were cremated crispy black. I took them back only to find the little girl that made them was the manager. She said it will be an hour wait. I told her she had 10 minutes. Be sure to check your orders before you leave.

This place is more miss than hit. If you order delivery your food will sit around for 20 minutes after done before they even attempt delivery. The food itself is never quite right based on what you order. Avoid if you can.

This is what I got for an order of chicken alfredo I've ordered from other location and the container was full this container not even half and burnt on one side all I can do is laugh and never order from this location ever again?

Took me forever to get their names since no one wears name tags. Most of the delivery drivers are generally high, constantly. Food from store itself is generally made wrong. I have had to send back orders at least a dozen times. I tried letting the area manager know, but Jeremy doesn't seem to care either.
