The staff is absolutely amazing. With my most recent visit I witnessed a couple in the car in front of me being rude to the staff and I'll say the young gentleman did a greatest job handling the situation. I go at least two or more times a week since they opened. We love them and the new muffin cookies.
This location is always a 50/50 hit or miss. I usually order ahead and sometimes come through the drive through, but I come twice a month. It’s usually still early hours (between 9 and 11 am) so it’s busy but I still have issues with my order half of the time. Today my beverage was served iced when I ordered blended (order ahead). In the past I’ve ordered the pina colada with strawberry and the strawberry I got on top was the size of a dime or I ordered a red colored drink...
My biggest complaint is the service and wait time. I come to this location often, and mornings are definitely the best time to go—the morning staff is always super nice, caring, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Afternoons, however, can be a hit or miss. I understand that the job can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but that shouldn’t mean customers are treated like they’re a burden.
