When to buy steak burger taco for me and some friends the just threw them all together. They are a mess than they threw a famous fry sauce pack that was cut into my stuff. This wasn’t just for me. It was for friends me there should be a little bit more respect when serving people especially when you spend $42

Went in for a Black Bean Veggie Burger. The burger was tasty but next time I would ask for extra sauce. Especially if you are not used to that type of meat replacement. I enjoyed it, vegetables were fresh!

My wife and I bought 2 chili cheese dogs on Saturday evening. I love Freddy's, but was extremely disappointed with our meal. The dogs tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for a long time. There was little to no chili, cheese or onions. This order was definitely not up the their normal standard. Feeling very disappointed.

Most of the time when get to eat late 10pm or later the food is questionable. But we arrived at 1015 pm the people were great and the food was fresh

Jessica was absolutely horrible. She darn near threw me the bags and when i went home my food was all spilled in the bag and I got the wrong ice cream! When your spending 40 to eat you excpect a little more courtesy and attention to detail. Like i said if jessica cant handle the job maybe she should find another

I got food poisoning from this place. Ate it at 5:30pm on Wednesday and by 11:30pm I was down for the count. I burped the smell of that burger for 29 hours. Never again.

Went in the drive-thru tonight to get my Freddy fixed! Looks like they made a mistake and gave me the wrong order. But when I went back in they were so super nice that they made it right and even gave me a chocolate shake for the inconvenience. What a great group of people! So glad to see customer service is Top Notch at Freddy's. Definitely coming back and thank you to the young lady who helped me get my order corrected. Y'all are the best

Love the custard but always is run by teens. Tables and counters haven't been wiped as needed and we have visited at different times and days of the week. Lead by example.

Gotta say we need more people like Jennifer in these Brighton restaurants we had the greatest customer service we’ve had in a long time she was very polite and welcoming and she even came and cleaned our table before we left. I would come and eat here again just because of this
