I don’t know what was in that “burger” but I can tell you 100% that it was NOT beef. And whatever “animal” it was, was NOT healthy when it died. I would get a DNA test but I don’t want to know what I just spit in the trash. This is the type of place that makes national news for doing something gross. Don’t eat here.

Was told about this place through a co-worker and decided to give it a try. I made the right call! The food is amazing and at a great price as well. The owner and the cashier both have great attitudes. They sell jerky, which is amazing by the way. My new lunch place for sure. You Have to give it a try.

Amazing food and great service! Hamburguesería La Sierra is a hidden gem in Brighton. The burgers are packed with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. The menu has great variety, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Hamburgers and preferences are as wide and varied as anything else however I didn't perceived much seasoning from the flavor and not as juicy as would of liked or expected. They were good abjt have room for improvement and tweeked think cheese overpowered the burger and the cheese flavor itself was subtle.
