Happy Lemon Brighton

I went to Happy Lemon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous staff, helpfulness in ordering and kindness in how long it took to make the waffle. It says 6 minutes, so I expected that, but they apologized for the 6 minutes!!! They certainly did not need to apologize. I think sometimes customers complain about the staff being rude, but maybe they are just returning the attitude they are getting. I have worked retail and some customers think they can treat you anyway they like and still get great service. Sometimes it is not worth it to promote someone for acting awful; a sale is not worth it. And that is the customers problem not the business. Happy Lemon was more than courteous and efficient. And loved the drink I ordered.

Paying almost $40 for two drinks and two waffles with a tiny pudding cream $1 each. Why boba prices so so ridiculous high these day.

The person at the counter was rude. Made us wait for 5 minutes when we were the only people there. Spent $7.70 on a strawberry lemonade that was at best sugar water. Did not taste like lemon or strawberry. Will not return. They do have good plastic straws.

My family of 5 were all here last weekend to get some drinks! No complaints here! This was the first time we’d been here as my hairdresser recommended Happy Lemon! I got the mango matcha smoothie and it was hands down the best drink I have ever had! The other beverages we got were slurped down pretty fast! We also loved the covers on top of the cups! Definitely will go back!

Finally, a place that does milk tea correctly! We have loved everything we ordered from milk teas, to taro smoothies, to the chocolate waffles with puff cream. We can't wait to visit again.

Always order a To Go tea while running my errands. Associates are all friendly.

My son an I have gone 4 times this past month an we always get the same thing but the prices are always different for the same order each time, like the first time is was 16 for both then the 2nd time is was $8 then the 3rd time $16 then today it was $18 like I don't understand why the prices change every time for the same order, my son an I love going here an will continue to do so despite the price.
