I went to Happy Lemon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous staff, helpfulness in ordering and kindness in how long it took to make the waffle. It says 6 minutes, so I expected that, but they apologized for the 6 minutes!!! They certainly did not need to apologize. I think sometimes customers complain about the staff being rude, but maybe they are just returning the attitude they are getting. I have worked retail and some customers think they can...

My family of 5 were all here last weekend to get some drinks! No complaints here! This was the first time we’d been here as my hairdresser recommended Happy Lemon! I got the mango matcha smoothie and it was hands down the best drink I have ever had! The other beverages we got were slurped down pretty fast! We also loved the covers on top of the cups! Definitely will go back!

Finally, a place that does milk tea correctly! We have loved everything we ordered from milk teas, to taro smoothies, to the chocolate waffles with puff cream. We can't wait to visit again.
