If the sandwiches weren't so good we would never come here.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! You can stand at the spot to order and no one will acknowledge you for 10 mins even though they are standing right there! 5 people doing the same thing. Onece you order you have to wait another 15 min to pay and repeat your whole order to that person. Then wait another 10 min for a sandwiche to be made?!?! It a cold sandwiche should not take that long.

Oh and the person making the sandwiches and answering the phone with her gloves on and back to making the sandwiches 🤮

We've been coming here for years and I've never thought to leave a review until now. This place can be hit or miss, but today our experience was too disturbing not to share. While standing in line to order, we observed an employee handling raw lettuce with her bare hands. No gloves whatsoever. At several points she turned around to adjust a knob on a machine, also bare-handed, and go right back to handling lettuce.

The employee taking our order used gloved hands to touch the order screen and input our order, then use the same hand in the same glove to handle bread slices.

In my opinion, there is a significant risk of cross contamination in both instances, and it's obvious the employees either are uneducated or simply don't care about food safety.

We love Heidi's! The food is always fresh, service is quick & it's always a great option for breakfast or lunch! Don't skip on the cookies, they're delicious as well.

I decided to have Heidi's. For a quick dinner. Unfortunately, it was anything, but quick. Order 3 sandwiches and a breakfast burrito to go. Took over 40 minutes between waiting to order and getting our food. It was not busy - only 3 people ahead of me and no one else in the place. I quick check of the bag it appeared all has good. Upon arriving home, I found the bag did not contain the burrito. The package I thought was the burrito, was the soggy, tasteless pickles that came with the sandwiches. The 10 minute ride home made all the bread( 3 different types) all soggy and mushy. I found my sandwich was tasty but my wife and son were not happy. Overall, I'm not going to go back anytime soon, and this reminded me of why I don't visit this Heidi's.

Was very excited to try this place but was very disappointed. Place looks great, menu looks delicious, but service and price were terrible. We sat there with no line for 15 minutes before we were helped. Barely any acknowledgment, and they only had a couple customers in the entire shop. The price was insane too, $40 for two sandwiches, one of which was literally an average size sandwich with potato salad on the side that was two bites worth. Multiple customers were also very frustrated behind us. Very sad because I was excited about this place! Hopefully we can get a better sandwich shop in the area.

Great food, fresh veggies, awesome veggie sandwiches and salads. Great meat sandwiches also but I mostly eat the veggie based items and they have a great variety.
