Mom took me here for lunch, I 1,000,000% recommend eating here any day. The food was very fresh and fast. The employees, Leah and Andrea, did an amazing job. Their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely be recommending this to other friends and family.

When you first walk in it brings you in a different world old school vibes which is awesome.

Ordering is really confusing since they have a huge board in the back with more than two hundred things it feels like. You know it's going to be expensive since they have a lot of varieties.

Ordering was good but did not explain how to order or give any tips. You have a huge menu help a new one out lol. I ordered but had to move to the next register...

Earlier this week we came here for lunch. This was my first time ever to Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Boy, was I blown away - I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a friendly face. Since this was my first time, I always ask what their personal favorite items on the menu are, which they kindly shared & I decided to go with a hot sandwich called the Juliana... It was served to me perfectly warm w/ melted cheese & lightly toasted. It was so yummy & the complimentary...
