I had breakfast here in March 2025. The place was clean and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The food was good in terms of portion size, taste, and value. They GF pancakes were exceptionally tasty. Overall, an above average IHOP.

Had to wait 25 minutes for a table @ 10:30 on a Friday. Waitress dropped off food & never checked on us again until we were almost done. Paid $4 for a soda & never offered a refill. Spent $35 for breakfast for 2 people.

I give this 1 star only because I could not give them 0 stars. 1st problem: Tried placing the order through the app, it would not take any of my debt cards. Moved to the wedsite and online processed with no issues, same card. 2nd problem: Followed both Instructions through the link provided through text message and the email conformation none worked. Link said, let them know when your on your way and also when you arrived via the tab and someone will be out with your order. Waited 20 mins, no one came. Email confirmation said, call the number to let them know when you arrive and someone will be out with your order. Called the number for the store that's in the email, it says the number is disconnected, called the number from maps, disconnected, number from the link in text, disconnected. By now I'm sitting in the parking lot for 30 mins. Because I made a cubside order I was not dressed for the elements. So I had to walk out in the cold and slush with shorts and a t-shirt, looking ashy like uncle brown and my hair not put together. Got to the front desk, told them that I placed a curbside order which was sitting right next to the lady for approximately 30mins. So it goes without saying that the food was cold and soggy. Cooperate needs to check in on these guys, because they just ain't care about their reputation. If you don't want to deliver individuals food to their vehicles, remove curbside option, it is simple as that Ihop.

I just wanted to say that this ihop is under new management, therefore new faces are here as well. Two of those faces will be twins occasionally helping out their mother with tasks that are doable and they perform with their own will. No child isn’t being paid for performing these tasks either. No child is being forced to do anything. Now since these are children they tend to bump heads with each other. We have all been children working a job and getting in our heads about an argument or drama. I would like to assure anyone who goes to this ihop that these girls have a drive to work, they have a passion for it. Mainly because it is all they have ever seen. These girls are my sisters and they are more than capable of helping around if they so please. Also, please don’t post pictures of a minor, that’s just weird, do better.

My first server was very nice. She ended up leaving and transferring me to another server since the shift changed, she helped through most of my meal though so I did tip her before she left, with the rest of my visit, man, it already started out rough, underage and unpaid child seated me, was unprofessional and kinda rude about it, don't recommend letting your children work with no training or if they're underage.
Pancakes are a bust here, was undercooked and overcooked at the same time, very thin, not fluffy, splits into two and comes apart weird, didnt have chocolate chips throughout like it mentions and also hardly any on top, they had remade me pancakes, but with buttermilk instead of chocolate chocolate chip stating that they're never fluffy and always suck, those ones did have chocolate chips throughout ,but the pancakes still sucked, still not fluffy and split into two and just came apart. They're supposed to be known for pancakes, well not sure if they just have bad batter or what. But village inn down the street made way better pancakes.
Also not sure if anyone else noticed something fishy about the receipts. Way overcharged for tax. Sent a complaint to ihop corporate and also the FTC.

I been going to IHOP every Sunday for the last few years and would always pay on average $20 for one person. But now the prices have skyrocket. My most recent visit I had to pay $28. For just myself! That's outrageous!! Why so much just for one person?? Definitely lost interest on coming back to this restaurant. That's unbelievable.
