This is the worst IHOP I've been too. Granted they did give me my Togo order for free on account I had to wait for a while to get my food. Which was already made and was just sitting behind the cashier. When I walked in there was 5 servers in the corner just talking. I was greeted but than realized I was there for Togo I was ignored for a few more minutes. And they weren't even that busy!! I've tried to give this place a few times because there isn't really any other good breakfast options around. Never again

love this ihop. i always forget her name (bc im bad with names) but i get the same server everytime and she is so sweet. food is always nice and hot too!!

I'm frustrated with their service. I ordered pick-up from the app, selected curbside delivery, added details about my car (as required by the app), then get there, check in and wait 15-20 minutes or so. I finally got fed up and go in, and there's my order just sitting there on the counter with two employees standing around up front doing nothing. The restaurant wasn't busy or anything. They just didn't want to bring it out. Why have a curbside delivery option and check-in on the app if they aren't going to bring it out?

This place is run down and service is lacking. We were literally the only two people in there and took over 30 minutes to get our food. The seating is weathered and ripping. Looks awful. we used to like going there but this one is going down hill fast.

Only eat here if you want the cook to spend 30 minutes on the toilet and then send out food to you that is cold after waiting for 55 minutes

We’ve eaten at this ihop a handful of times and every time we have a great experience. The coffee is always like classic tasty diner coffee and the breakfast is consistently so good. Our little man(2.5 years old) loves the menu with the pictures of each option so he can independently choose what he wants to eat. Staff is always friendly!

Being gluten free I was impressed with the gluten free items they have on the menu ( including pancakes that didn’t taste like sand ).

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this IHOP location. The first time, they completely forgot my pancakes, which is kind of hard to mess up, right? Then, the next visit, the food was subpar — not even close to the quality I expect from IHOP. But the worst part was when the server hardly checked in on us at all, leaving us feeling completely ignored. Overall, terrible service and mediocre food. Definitely won’t be returning.

Took my grandson for brithday dinner with family. For only 1 other couple in the resturant service was slow. 45 minutes to get the order to the table. My order was wrong and had to be sent back. I asked for the fried fish and fries on the senior meal and got the shrimp in which I am allergic to. To another 30 minutes to get my order and when received no fries and the fish was cold in the middle and unable to eat. The server took my cost of the bill but when we went to pay she could not figure out the military discount. As there was no manager and only a cook, server and dishwasher there and no one to serve as when we left were the only one left in the place. Never again will I step foot in Ihop in Brighton CO

This place sucks. Every time I try and come here after work at 11 it's closed. Came again tonight because it says open and people are inside eating and the doors are closed. Bob Marley lookin wanna be comes to the door and says sorry we are closed we aren't 24/7
Location. THEN TAKE IY OFF YOUR DOOR!!

We went there for a coffee with the team. I PAID 21$ for the coffee and 0$ tip. When i checked my credit card, they sent me a notification that i have given a 10$ TIP. WHICH IS A FRAUD. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

This IHOP is disgustingly gross me and my boyfriend are there today for breakfast and we both got disgustedly sick! When we called the store to tell them we got sick we sat on the phone for over 35 min waiting for someone to answer and then when they did answer we asked to speak to a manager and we got put on hold again waited another 10 min on the phone just to be sent to a voice mail! Horrible service and horrible food would not recommend going here. IHOP doesn’t care about the wellbeing of the customers they serve. Completely unprofessional and rude. Ihop needs to rectify this situation!
