Horrible service, food was cold and we waited 30mins for our food. Didn't get everything then had to argue with the ladies that we were missing part of our order. They tried using the excuse they are short handed when they had half staff just standing around doing nothing. Other cars in drive thru just drove through and didn't wait for their order for how long it took! We should have done the same!

The lady at the drive thru tried arguing with me that they did give us everything, I had to literally open thr bag and show the items to prove we were missing items! Then she tried telling us they were short staffed, while 3 workers were just standing around not doing anything! Omg go to Wendy's next door or Good Times down the street!

Horrible service. My girlfriend told the guy what she wanted and I realized he did not get anything right so I asked if he got it. He said no. Then to top it all off we both got food poisoning🤢 from the crap they served us might have been a bad day but I won't be back come on if you take a order. What are you doing there? If it was that bad up front I would hate to see the back where they cook

This Jack in the Box, is by far been the worst food experience I’ve had in quite some time. The quality of food was horrid, hard buns, insanely greasy burgers. Food was not made correctly. Missing toppings and condiments. Wait time in the parking lot was over 10 minutes, very slow evening of patrons at this place. Only had a few bites before I turned sick. Threw everything away. Avoid this place.

Yesterday i went to eat at the jack in the box in Brighton colorado across the street from walmart at around 10:45am and as i was eating i notice something very disturbing. I saw a female employee that was wearing a long black shirt with a brown coat with long black hair had gone into the mens restroom following a male customer at around 10:50am and they were in there till 11:00am Right after she got out the mens restroom she went staight to the womens restroom. I dont know what kind of buissnes this is. It was so unprofessional and unacceptable
Does anyone know the district managers name? I called this store location and it went straight to his phone. I talked to him and he told me he would be sure to give this location my name and when I go back they would either redo my whole order or give me a full refund for the Inconvenience. Well when I tried to get it fixed and told them that I wanted my whole order remade(as per mine and district managers deal), I was told they couldn’t do it.

Seems like every time I go here, I get home to find either something missing or incorrect. Today I ordered 2 of the morning plates with bacon to get home and see sausage on both! I know I need to check my order was but in a hurry and just left! I swear, I’m officially done with this location!!!

It takes a lot for me to finally write a bad review and today was the last straw. I am tired of having issues at this location. Tried to order drive through and the girl was rude thought whatever maybe she is having bad day. I ordered three orders of tacos and an eggroll. Get up to the window she hands me three orders of tiny tacos and I said I wanted three orders of regular tacos and she said no I was hearing you and you said three tiny tacos I said no it’s only me I don’t need three orders of tiny tacos she proceeds to tell me I’m wrong but she will switch it with an attitude she says give me everything back I said you know what I’ll just it. I don’t want her having anything to do with my food. So instead of my order being maybe $10 it was $15 and now I’m stuck with tiny tacos that I’m not gonna eat.
