Will not be going back to this location. Ordered two build your own munchies box meal and the extras came cold and not made fresh. I had to reheat my food in the air fryer. Then I ordered a double bacon smash burger, no pickles or onions. instead I got half an onion and no bacon on my bacon burger. Embarrassed to say I spent $40 on this stuff for my family. Hope this helps someone else decide if this is a good option for a quick family meal 👎

we ordered churros and mozzarella sticks and they had us wait 30 minutes and they hadnt even started our order not only that there was a lady before us that got the wrong order and saw them putting food that they gave them into another person's order, supper unsanitary we watched them eat food without gloves and touch peoples food, very rude workers

Stopped by this morning and asked for a burger and a breakfast sandwich. I asked to substitute the ham for sausage and keeping the bacon. She told me I had to pay an extra 49 cents to substitute. After a 10 minute wait in drive thru, the lady said sorry for the wait. We were waiting for eggs. The sausage was a pink red color and I had no bacon. No mayo on sandwich either. Pretty bad for a $10 breakfast sandwich. I will not be going back.

So far I've stranded here for 10 minutes. 4 ladies inside the store working but none of them seem to know what's going on. The counter help came to the counter to help me, but yet after she tried to log into the cash register seven different times also picking up her phone doing whatever the heck it is that she's doing ended up telling me please wait. Evidently we should not could not find the password to enter the cash register. I'm still standing here waiting to order my food it's going on 15 minutes now. These ladies do not seem to know what's going on they're sitting there standing all four of them in a group but none of them seem to understand how to do the order processing four ladies inside the restaurant and none of them know what the heck it is to do not one of them

The lady working the drive thru at night on 8/29 was super rude and seemed irritated. Ordered 2 tacos that were not in my bag and did not notice. Also, when I asked for sauce she got extremely mad and said, “well if you can pull around again.” Would not recommend going to this location.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Always rude and disrespectful. The attitude is just wow. They always forget half our food or don’t put sauces and when you go and get it corrected they always argue with you and never have anything nice to say. They always refuse to give a receipt, so I don’t even get to prove what is wrong on my order. It’s with every drive thru staff that gives attitude.

This was the worst bacon ranch sandwich. As you see it got thrown away. Chicken was hard, and dry. Hardly any sauce and I don't think there even bacon on it. Definitely won't be back. Waste of $

Horrible service, food was cold and we waited 30mins for our food. Didn't get everything then had to argue with the ladies that we were missing part of our order. They tried using the excuse they are short handed when they had half staff just standing around doing nothing. Other cars in drive thru just drove through and didn't wait for their order for how long it took! We should have done the same!

We waited almost 30mins for our food, didn't get everything and half of it was cold. The lady at the drive thru tried arguing with me that they did give us everything, I had to literally open thr bag and show the items to prove we were missing items! Then she tried telling us they were short staffed, while 3 workers were just standing around not doing anything! Omg go to Wendy's next door or Good Times down the street!
