Ordering with an older person sometimes difficult especially when you have a young kid taking your order. He was not patient or did je sympathize with a customer that wasnt familiar with the menu. Some day you'll be old too. Shame on you

Horrible service, everyone who works here is rude,I asked if someone spoke Spanish and they said yeah,i started speaking Spanish and they spoke English,fast foward to paying they just took my card,no words said. I asked for my receipt and they said it we'll give it to you when you park,Found 2 hairs in my food IN the chicken.disgusting

Order taker at drive thru was really rude and inpatient. I felt rushed when I was placing my order. Drove up to the window after being rushed at the speaker, kid at the window seemed like he would rather be somewhere else than taking orders, so I just left did not pay or received any food, I figured there's tons of choices when it comes to fast food, I just whent down the road and tried something else.

People are rude, and the food always tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp. The restaurant floors and bathroom is are always dirty. This store could use a detailed oriented person to come in and clean the place. There was pop all over the floor by the soda machine. Just overall, unclean.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to recognize one of the standout employees at KFC a young man named Isaac.

From the moment I walked in, Isaac stood out for all the right reasons. Despite being young, he carried himself with professionalism and maturity well beyond his years. He greeted every customer with a warm, genuine smile and a respectful tone that immediately set a positive tone for the visit. Even during busy periods, Isaac remained calm, efficient, and incredibly courteous to both customers and his fellow team members.

What impressed me most was Isaac’s attention to detail. He double-checked orders without being prompted, ensured everything was fresh and properly packed, and even asked if I needed condiments or napkins before I could ask myself. It’s clear he takes pride in doing his job right and making sure customers walk away happy.

Beyond just doing his job, Isaac went the extra mile. He helped an elderly customer carry their tray, patiently answered questions for a family unfamiliar with the menu, and handled a difficult situation with a disgruntled customer with maturity and grace. His natural leadership skills are already showing, and he’s the kind of employee any manager would be lucky to have on their team.

It’s rare to find young people with such a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and genuine care for others. Isaac is a shining example of great customer service, and I hope KFC recognizes the value he brings. He turned what could have been just another fast-food stop into a truly pleasant experience.

Keep up the amazing work, Isaac you’re doing a fantastic job and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Terrible service. There is a manager named Jim that works at this location has no idea what customer service is. Their store is suppose to close at 11 PM. Good luck getting served after 9:30 PM. We will be contacting the corporate chain. Waste of time.
