Purchased a 12 piece family meal today. Ordered original chicken, corn, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. We received “old” corn ( was hard and had no juices), hockey puck biscuits ( these had been microwaved multiple times). Chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were ok. We didn't receive a receipt.
I doubt I’ll return and spend $40.00 for this junk food.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while associated continued taking orders for the drive-thru, and running order past me for pick-up. Despite giving me odd looks every few seconds, none could seem to say anything to me.
Got tired of waiting, so went down the street to Wendy's.

Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, when getting in the drive through to order we were informed to hurry up with our order because they are being timed. (Now we barely eat at kfc as is so we were looking at the menu to decide what we want and there was nobody behind us) Once we had gotten our food the kids meal chicken tenders were hard as rocks and completely unedible they clearly sat under a warmer well past what they are supposed to. The other food we had had the exact same problem. We definitely will not return to another kfc. Complete waste of money.

My husband went through the drivethru last week on the 27th. He ordered extra crispy, they told him that they could do half and half, ok. He got home and holie spit!!! Literally 2 of the biscuits were halfs!!! Ordered 8 piece chicken meal. We got 7 pieces of chicken. 2 legs, 2 thighs, 3 wings, and ONE breast!!! Who substitutes a wing for a breast??? Didn't tell my husband nothing!!! Was told recipt was in the bag, NOPE!!! I immediately called and talked to the MOD, he started to get a little short with me which caused me to raise my voice. He gave NO excuse and NO apology!!! Just said, bring back the food and I'll refund you... Too far to drive back We will go elsewhere from now on!!! Also contacting corporate office!!!

Best kfc I’ve been to in years. 3 piece chicken lunch w biscuit and coleslaw. Chicken was moist and not dried out. The legs were good sized, not the 2 bite sizes I’ve been getting recently. Biscuit only sl dried out. Coleslaw fresh and tasted good. Will return.

Ordering with an older person sometimes difficult especially when you have a young kid taking your order. He was not patient or did je sympathize with a customer that wasnt familiar with the menu. Some day you'll be old too. Shame on you
