The general manager was absolutely amazing. I ordered food for my father, who lives there in Colorado since I am in Tennessee. There was an issue with the DoorDash driver canceling the order because he didn’t want to confirm it when I called the store. I spoke with the general manager And he did everything he could to get the situation handled. He was very polite and professional fix the issue at hand and was able to get another driver to deliver my father’s order. Thank you so much to the general manager there for going above and beyond your work does not go unnoticed. Thanks again.

This was our very first time coming to this kfc in town. Tim the guy who helped us at the drive through was rudely impatient when we were trying to figure out what to order. Just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Whoever packaged the order didn’t make sure the gravey was properly sealed. It spilled on all the other sides. Not coming here again.

Horrible experience lastnight! Went to this location in Brighton to get fan favorite box 1hr 30min prior to closing. They tell me to pull around no problem! I sit I wait patiently then dude comes out to my vehicle no bag in hand and I'm thinking what's going on. Dude says they do not have biscuits and gave no exact time on when any can be done just said it would take a really long time to make them (recorded w/dash cam). I say okay I'll take a refund. I pull around and the manager lady name started with D said they can make biscuits but it would be 20min. I explain that wasn't told to me by the dude he just said it would be a really long time. I then try to reason with her and was just talking trying to figure out a solution, super cordial conversation, no profanity, calm voice. As I'm trying to talk to her she asks me for my card I'm thinking she's gonna maybe comp something for the inconvenience or check something with it. She ends up refunding the money and then says thank you. I'm like uhhh so that's it I'm just refunded and sianara. Super rude and hoping Sydney the DM sees this. Super unacceptable and i was so respectful and trying to be understanding. Doesn't matter in this world now you try to be nice you get walked on, raise a concern and express frustration they definitely won't serve you. No way things roll smooth anymore it's so bad out there. Terrible experience, terrible way of manager to handle it, terrible to let customers wait just to be told they're out of a main food item.

Some how every time i walk into kfc i always see a little girl running in the back where the food is made and touching stuff this is unacceptable someone needs to get child saftey and check on this kfc for having a child working ?????

There was this rude employee named sam who yelled at me for asking for more sauce and if i could get some utensils dude seems really stressed out and think is unfit to work at kfc as someone who is being rude to customers is not good for the business next time i go and see sam yelling to a customer im gonna have to call corporate on this rude employer

I ordered the chicken pot pie and a famous bowl. I know these are pre made but they're still delicious and ready in under 2 minutes after ordering! The gentleman at the counter was very nice and definitely had a can-do attitude! Very professional! The restaurant was very clean and maintained for sure! Thank you!
Kid-friendliness: This establishment definitely loves kids. They allow one of their employees to have their child in the restaurant. That shows a family oriented side of a corporation that isn't typically found. Especially in restaurants.

Went to get some chicken at about 5 pm. I ordered the 16 piece and the you kid told me that he only had 8 pieces of crispy and 8 pieces of original. I told him no, you’re open for quite a while I want it all crispy. He said the manager will be right out to talk to you. The manager never came out. Popeyes will be my choice of chicken when needed. I hope this store goes down.

I don’t think this is a safe place to eat The kitchen looks nasty, dirty and unsanitary and the chicken was raw and it give me and friends food poisoning don’t recommend at all to buy nothing from here! Employees are rude and disrespectful! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Waited 5inites at drive thru. Co ally decided to go inside . Ordered two numbers 1s with all white meat and mashed potatoes. Got 2 meals with mixed chicken and Macaroni and cheese .
