I would say pretty amazing. Probably worth driving a bit out of your way. Two ladies who liked pickles were in. And they gave them 2 each. Friendly service. Krautburger is a treat, warm bread, with a mix of burger and onions. Soup is amazing . Definitely a drop.in of your in the area. Probably worth hoping off the highway for a quick lunch.

Staff are all nice people i just wasn't a fan of the kraut burger just wasn't for me and the chicken noodle soup didn't contain one single piece of chicken it was literally all noodles and the broth nothing else. Place is popular though and staff was nice just not for me unfortunately.

I got a jack kraut which was great, it was so good I had to go back and get another one. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. The servers were all in a good mood happy to explain and always with a smile. The prices were very reasonable so much so that I got some bread pudding for desert. Absolutely recommend trying them.

Best home cooked meal!! I love Lauer Krauts they have THE BEST Kraut burgers around!! I have moved all over Colorado but I will always stop in and get several Kraut burgers for me and my family!! I recommend this place to everyone as this is Brightons best keep secret!!! 🥰🥰🥰
