Pizza was bland and lacked enough sauce. Asked where the Parmesan and chili flake packets were and was told they don't carry them anymore. The Crazy bread was undercooked and the sauce that came with it was half filled. It was not busy at 5pm on a football Sunday. Probably for good reason

There was not a single hot and ready classic pizzas and the bread sticks were undercooked and looked more like strands than sticks.

I put in an order at 532pm online through the app. They didn’t even put my pizzas in the oven until 6:11pm. I was all the way in Arvada when I ordered and thought it would be done by the time I got here. My pizza wasn’t even ready until about 6:40pm. Over an hour. The quality sucks it tastes like cardboard. I’ll NEVER come to this location again and that means no more little Caesar’s bc there are no other little Caesar’s in Brighton. Very disappointed.

This Little Caesars in Brighton is honestly the worst. I’ve lived here about a year and a half and ordered from them six times. Out of those six, five orders were completely messed up. We’ve gotten pizzas with no sauce, wrong food, cold food, pizzas not even cut, and one time I got sick after eating it.
It’s not just one bad experience, it’s every time. I kept giving them another chance thinking maybe it was a fluke, but it’s clear they just don’t care. I’m done with this place and I hope corporate actually pays attention to how bad this location is being run.

Every time I have to order for delivery only part of order come especially when you order drinks. Call to the store is a waste of time they claim it’s door dash and the drivers not listening to them when they pick up orders drivers just say they are not taking it. So why offer closed bottles of drinks to be delivered. Also half time pizza order is wrong. All they offer is refund. They won’t even have someone go back up and pick up what’s left to order. Why would I pay extra for delivery fee and service fee’s and give a tip to driver if no one can make sure order is correct. And if not correct I or someone has to go pick it up so why did I just pay for a service that’s not all I wanted. No accountability for store or door dash.
