Every time I have to order for delivery only part of order come especially when you order drinks. Call to the store is a waste of time they claim it’s door dash and the drivers not listening to them when they pick up orders drivers just say they are not taking it. So why offer closed bottles of drinks to be delivered. Also half time pizza order is wrong. All they offer is refund. They won’t even have someone go back up and pick up what’s left to order. Why would I pay extra for delivery fee and service fee’s and give a tip to driver if no one can make sure order is correct. And if not correct I or someone has to go pick it up so why did I just pay for a service that’s not all I wanted. No accountability for store or door dash.

Horrible experience, this place is a joke. No customer service training. They were turning people way at the door, say they were no longer taking walk-ins, WHAT, what happened to Hot And Ready. The child at the counter said they were only talking on line orders. Whoever was the manager, has no clue how to run a store or it's workers. SMH Just sad.

Came in for the 4 way pizza, guy informed me they are out of jalapeños asked if I could substitute. Was rudely told no. We'll then keep you pizza kid was glasses needs better customer service. I will not be coming back.

Little Caesar’s in Brighton, CO is probably the best Little Caeser’s out there. It’s fresh, and inexpensive but fast and flavourful. The staff at this store keep the store very clean but well maintained. Watch out for the parking lot as there are a bunch of chug holes that I swear will break an axle. Plenty of parking and handicapped access. No bathrooms available.

The workers here at the Brighton location are a joke. They literally walked away from a customer holding soda and said their cash register was broken. Never came back to help. The guy put his soda back and left after standing there for 10 minutes. It’s hard to find good help I guess. Our pizza was dry as a popcorn fart, no sauce. I’ll stay away

Well I have to say after tonight I won’t be going back here or LCP in general. It took 21 minutes past my estimated window to get my order. I got buffalo wings instead of the garlic parmesan that I ordered and they ran out of wings on the next order. On top of that the quality of the ingredients on the pizza are not fake but pretty low quality. Dominos has better ingredients and delivers, I recommend going there instead.
