Ordered breakfast drive thru at like 10:28
I drove home and they completely messed up my order so I called nicely and calmly the Mgr said come back for lunch or dinner on them
Seems nice . Go there for lunch ordered... And they messed up that order. When I took it back up and nicely and calmly she had an attitude.. Then she gave me honey mustard instead of honey. Went back to a second time
And asked for honey.. She about lost it. Unreal

07/2025-Out of iced coffee, understandable. Out of hot coffee? More like too lazy to make it.
04/2025-Why is it so hard to get a coffee I can actually drink? I waited close to 10 minutes at the window, stupidly assuming they were making fresh coffee, so I didn’t taste it before I left. Finally try it and it’s terrible. It’s almost every single night. I work late and love a good coffee for my drive home and it’s becoming impossible to get one from any McDonald’s, not just this one. It’s ridiculous.

Don't allow the app to order breakfast if your workers don't start it till you pull up. this defeats the purpose for online ordering and causes a problem with breakfast orders. Even though I'm ordering it at 10 it's not being made until after 10 30 this is not only a bad app mechanic it's bad management failure because they could make it at 10 and put it in a warmer but would rather choose to refund it out of spite if you choose to order breakfast through the app from 930 to 10 but might be a few minutes late because of work buyer beware!!they would rather fight with you and send you back the refund instead of just doing there job and have you contact management they won't even let you swap out orders unless you reorder not only making people's jobs hard but causing Uber eats failures don't pick up the breakfast orders bro your not gonna get your money your gonna be on the phone with McDonald's and Uber support for hours over a 10 dollar order

Twice now I’ve come here and ordered curbside and they didn’t realize they had an order until I went inside to tell them. What’s the point? Your prices are as high as sit down, the food is crap and now we have to wait longer. You wonder why people don’t eat here anymore?

Very poor management, food was incorrect when ordered through the drive-thru area. I started to drive home as passenger distributed food. I had to drive back and go inside to have the restaurant remake food. I did ask for a free small fry for my trouble. I was informed driving away and having to drive back should not have been an issue for me. Actually making my food correctly the first time shouldn't have been an issue. When i asked for the manager the woman stated she would not give me the name of the manager. I then asked for the district manager's information. At that point she walked away from the counter and not one person would come back up to counter. Very rude behavior, unprofessional and extreme bad attitude. I would like to see this employee relieved from her job. She should not work with the public.
Def the type of staff that might spit in your food if they are not happy with you as a customer. Steer clear of this location!

When you arrive to eat inside the restaurant, it always takes the staff a few minutes t before they notice you are there.
It could be that you are being ignored, or they cannot see you when you arrive and are by the cash register, because the majority of the time, there is no one at the register. There is a cookie display that might be preventing employees from seeing customers when they arrive, not sure. Nonetheless, when you wait a few minutes to be attended, it makes you fell as if employees are just ignoring you.

I usually go to this McDonald’s but I haven’t went after 6 in a while and I went after 6pm Sunday and they didn’t give me all my items and I went back around and they said they gave me those items and then gave me one item but said they already gave the other item and they wouldn’t give me my other item I paid for I was very shocked and disappointed because I paid for my items and didn’t get one #ftm
