I went in tonight and never again. The costumer service was horrible. I got a fresa horchata drink and a few more things for my cousins. I took a sip of my drink and it tasted expired. I even took slight sips and I couldn’t drink it. It was sour and tangy. I even asked my cousin if I was crazy and he said it was bad. I decided to turn my car around and go in to tell them if I could just get another horchata because the one I got tasted expired. I said I was sorry and I returned the drink basically full to the top. I work in costumer service and the way I was ignored and treated there was crazy. The girl was not happy and when I finally got my drink, I said thank you 3 times and I was ignored. If you don’t like your job then don’t work in costumer service. I got an expired drink and I wasn’t going to just throw it away. I was able to go in and explain what happened, yet they were so rude for no reason. I was polite and I even apologized for asking to get another drink. Bad service.

It goes without saying I highly recommend this shop in fact it's my favorite place to go in the city and I go everyday. The banana split ice cream is just outstanding. F..kin succulent. Moved to brighton last year and would always drive to denver for a place like this! I finally convinced my husband to try this place and it was soooo worth it! Definitely worth every dollar spent! We are excited to continue coming and trying all the different things they have. Some of the items on their menu I've never seen in any other store so definitely looking forward to coming back! I'm sure it won't dissapoint when we try the new things, the whole family was happy with what they got!!
