There poor employees are paid peanuts and starving and you fire them after around 2 yrs of service. Give a warning and feed your people. The management is so heartless and under experienced. I love to see one of them struggling,starving and broke then to make matters worse fire them. Get your priorities in order. If your a good management your Employee Make YOU. Bad management will break you. We all see.this Old Chicago is broken.
Pizza was over done to a crunch overload. The place was not crowded so busy kitchen was not the case. I was just disappointed after friends talked it up.
This location is the worst! Took almost 2 hours for a quick lunch. Slow service on ordering, getting drinks and food. Calzone was raw. Never Checked on table. Had to insist we were not paying for a raw calzone. Manager only came
By as we were leaving. Server didn’t know how to process gift card. Never applied my number for points.
