I want to give zero for service but the guy who I ended up Ordering from was very polite and I could tell her was trying.. I went in to order and stood in a line with one other person for at least five minutes. They didn’t help him either. It was around 630 so they were very busy. Multiple employees were standing on the other side of the line preparing takeouts and drive through and literally never even acknowledged us . Finically I said f it. I really really was craving some wontons so decided to chance it in the drive through. I ordered teriyaki chicken and they said it would be a 30 minute wait…. Wtf?!? Anyway I ended up ordering a plate with double Mushroom chicken, and for my side half steamed rice half greens, three wontons, and the spring rolls. I don’t know what they do to make the spring rolls crunchy on the outside but soggy af inside but gross. And they gave me fried rice instead of steamed. Over all just awful.

Came to get dinner and try to get steamed rice with my meal and they tell me that it will not be ready for 40 minutes. She said they have fried rice that will be ready in 5 minutes? How do you make fried rice without steamed rice, and as a restaurant with only 3 side to choose from it doesn’t make senses how you guys didn’t prepare and have some ready for your dinner rush!

Messed up our order entirely, completely forgot an entire meal that was ordered in addition to getting the food wrong. Called to request a refund and it turns out you can't even get in touch with them via phone.

We had an enjoyable dinner here, our food was very tasty and put together quickly. The young gentleman Andres was very impressive. He was constantly cleaning, stocking, helping, etc, the entire time we were there. It's nice to see people who care so much about their work and take pride in it.
So thanks for no straw for my drink in the drive thru. I know this may come as a surprise, but I went to the drive thru because I am driving. Thanks, too, for no sauce for my Rangoon, after the order taker said "I gotcha" when I asked him to include sauce. Another sucky experience here.
