Ordered pizza to carry out for on the way home and received a notification for the pizza to be ready in 27 mins. Got there almost 35 mins after the order and it wasn't even started. I had my kids and didn't want them to sit in the car for another half an hour or more. I asked to move the order to delivery, paid for the delivery fee, and asked to prepay the tip for the driver. The pizza arrived over an hour later, the driver was very apologetic and sweet. I checked the order and they messed up the sauces. The driver was apologetic and I could tell she was having a rough time. The receipt didn't show the tip so I wrote to pay the tip again and she may have got a double tip. Pizza wasn't that great and fell apart in a bag way. Really disappointed but will still try again. I think the team was having a rough night.

An hour and fourty minutes later I had to call twice to get my order canceled. The teenage boy answering the phone forgot he put me "hold."
I've given them a few shots. Don't think I'll ever try again.

Ordered jalapeño poppers, advertising says their made with Philadelphia cream cheese. Mgr says they use Alfredo sauce, not cream cheese. False advertising??

This Store is great, excellent Customer Service and Good Quality
This is a sad sad day! I used to love papa johns. Now I will have to go back to dominoes. I ordered 6 papadillas and when I got to the store they weren't done. Was told I had 15 more minutes ended up being close to 30. No one that knew what they were doing was on the cut line, manager seemed to be on make line and didn't attempt to help the poor girl that didn't have a clue on cut. It's sad that after this franchise changed owners they went down quick. The manager didn't seem to care about customer service just pushing through orders on the make line. The oven was stopped for almost 5 min straight because of no one knowing how to do their job. Store needs new owners before this franchise goes under!

Never going back to this store again. They had only kids with no one in charge. I walked in, nobody took the time to attend, and then they lost my order. Nobody bothered to look for it. I would rather drive 10-15 more minutes to the other location than come back and experience the same level of customer service.
Appearance of stuffed crust pepperoni and original crust half pepperoni and half vegetables was good, but the taste and smell was awful. It was impossible to finish a slice. Gave it a try to the cheese bread, same thing something smells really bad in it. We've had this pizza before at a different location did not expect to have such a bad taste experience at this location.

I ordered a large pizza with peperoni online with my papa dough rewards points. And when I received the pizza the base was ranch sauce. Which I did not order that way. I reached out to the store so they could fix the pizza and made me call customer support to get it fixed. When I reached out they said management will have to be one to fix it and the manager there refused to re make the pizza. The manager was rude and did not fix it. This is supposed to be an establishment that is customer care. And I received none of it. This is poor service on there end and I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere.

Last time to order from this place. First time they sent me the wrong order. 2nd time I got an ant in the pizza. My little daughter saw it and she freaked out. This is disgusting. Bad hygiene which is very alarming and disappointing.
