Honestly they make good pizza at this location and load up toppings well when you order online. Two good experiences back to back and pizza was heavy which is always a good size when I'm carrying it out

Ordered food at 6:23 tonight, estimated arrival was between 7:13-7:23pm. Orders was out for delivery before 7pm. It did not arrive until 8:05pm and my food is cold and my wings are dry and no sauce and cold as well. I paid over $85 for terrible service and cold

Just picked up an order from this location, the poor new hire definitely deserves some kind of award for dealing with that kind of hostile behavior from her trainer. After the pickup we got home and our pizza completely fell into a pile of goop each piece was just a sloppy mess (see image) we tossed the whole thing it was so inedible. Please do better by your people and your consumers this was such a disaster.

Ordered 5 pizzas hour and half ago supposed to deliver at 430 its now 521 manager stated there's nothing they can do about it and continued to argue with me and said couldnt refund my order or my tip at least will never order from them again and will report to corporate

Food was amazing, but what I really want to point out is that one of the female employees offered to help me out to my car as I had a large order and 2 toddlers with me. It was so helpful and I was very impressed with the service!!

The actual food was pretty good (not considering the fact that everything was cut randomly) but the atmosphere wasn’t very great. It’s not on the workers completely but there were no hairnets, no gloves and there were people casually working with just crocs on. It was pretty unprofessional and I was worried about some cross contamination with our normal and gluten free pizzas. They need to at least take the precautions in terms of health and safety so that their workers wear gloves and at least hair nets.

Terrible experience! I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. The girl constantly cut me off and tried to wrap up the order when I wasn't done. When I got there to pick up the pizza, I failed to notice there was no sauce on it. When I got home, I called looking for some type of help and Rafed, the store manager, said that is how I ordered it. (It wasn't). He continued to gaslight me. I went on to say I'm an unsatisfied customer and he said there is nothing he can do for me. I will not be returning until there is a new management terrible experience. I 100% do not recommend. ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

I visited this location while working for DoorDash. The manager of this location was very rude and disrespectful regarding customers order. The customer requested 5 to 8 pepper packets when I went to ask the manager if I could get some pepper packets for the customer he gave me two. He refused to give me any more and stated we usually don’t give out this many packets I kindly explained to him that I was simply asking for what the customer was requesting. He said it didn’t matter that he doesn’t ever eat that many packets on his pizza so basically the customer shouldn’t either he clearly doesn’t treat his employee as well as nobody was speaking in the restaurant and it didn’t seem to be busy at the time. Overall, I give this restaurant a one out of five stars from the disrespect shown by the manager, overall cleanliness of the store, and the fact that the manager would not fulfil the customer promise. I personally would never order from Papa John’s in Brighton. Please note that this is a grab and go restaurant only there’s not seating available to eat inside this restaurant. It’s simply a storefront.

This will be my last order...I'm sitting in my den waiting for a delivery. I hear a thud on my porch and then received a text stating my delivery has arrived. No knock, no doorbell ring, and the pizza is a mess. Unacceptable.
