Ordered on line for pick up. I arrived and they had totally lost the order. Then they made it seem like it was my fault. So 40 minutes later I left with my pizzas. They didn't give my order any priority just acted like I had just put in my order. I wasn't offered any discounts or apology.

The pizza is always great and the ppl friendly. But we had a frustrating experience recently.Had a BOGO coupon, and came to the store to be told it was only for online orders. My bad; I didn’t read the fine print.So nbd; I sit down and try to place my order online, but it will not allow me to apply the coupon. Keeps saying it “doesn’t apply to specialty items.” Wasn’t ordering any specialty items; just basic large pizzas like the coupon indicated. After several minutes...
