Absolutely the worst catering and service experience we have EVER encountered! All food items were cold and must have been cooked offsite somewhere with no regard for maintaining heat in transport. Presentation was horrible and the gentleman setting up was rude and unbelievably unprofessional! This was a work party that turned from bad to incredibly worse when this server/operator had the nerve to sit down at the table of the host to call him out for apologizing to our group about the food. Went on to raise his voice and spill out al kinds of personal info. The situation was significant enough that a few of the guys in the party stood up to intervene if necessary. Everyone left stunned and disappointed.. as someone who has been in the industry, you never want to see someone fail but please save yourself from a horrible experience. I won’t even begin to go on about the bar experience because the gal just simply had no clue what she was doing.
Excellent food! They were short staffed but everything came out timely and we felt taken care of. Will 1000% be back.

We had a reservation for 7:30 on a Saturday night. We walked up at 7:20. There was a closed sign on the door. We went in and they said they were closed. We told them we had a reservation. They said we didn’t. We pointed to our name on their reservation book!!!. She seemed shocked. This place is horrendously bad. I would like to say this is the first time they have done this to us but I can say with complete certainly IT’S THE LAST TIME THEY WILL DO THIS TO US!!!

We chose Pinocchios for the catering for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier! Marilynn was amazing to work with and provided a stress free planning experience. If you are a DIY kinda bride like I was, Pinocchios is a great choice for your menu on your big day! She also provided the bar service and did all the set up and clean up. We were very impressed! We were able to worry about all the other wedding things that tend to come up last minute knowing that the food and drink details were being taken care of by an excellent and courteous staff. The food was delicious, the service was awesome, and Marilynn and Rob are simply amazing, down to earth people! I would highly recommend using them for your next event! A little shout as well to Alire Modern Bakehouse. Toni does the deserts at Pinocchios as well as wedding cakes. Soooooo yummy!

The owner was so rude to me and my group on homecoming night. We were all dressed up and the owner kept making stupid remarks just about everything. Everything else was great, the food, the waitress.

Came in with a family of six, they seemed a bit understaffed with two waitresses helping everyone and seemed hesitant to sit us down. They set up a table and sat us down and we had to wait about 25 minutes just to order drinks. Once the drinks came, we waited another 20 minutes to order food. Then we proceeded to wait for another 45 minutes for the food to come and all of us long finished our drinks. After about an hour and 30 minutes, we finally get our food. It was...okay to say the least. Nothing to write home about. I ordered the Pesto Bowties which was pretty good, but all the rest of my families food was kinda meh. In my opinion, the food was okay, but definitely not worth the hour and thirty minute wait. The waitress who helped us apologized about the wait and still helped us irregardless which I sympathized with her for. I'd say, if you got alot of time to kill and you got nothing to do, this place would be good for you. Otherwise, I'm a little on the fence of going back

It took 15 minutes to be seated when there were only 2 other tables being used in the entire restaurant. When we were finally seated, it took almost half an hour just to get water. After we ordered, it took another hour before our food started to be brought out, but it was brought out one plate at a time and by the time the last plate was brought out, the first person who got their food was done eating. Very disorganized service, the dining area was filthy (I found dead crickets underneath my chair and this completely grossed me out). I also thought it was gross that the silverware was set directly on the table—no table cloth and the table was very sticky. The food tasted like it was from a package and definitely did not taste fresh or home cooked. I was very disappointed with this, especially for the price—almost $25 (not counting the “gratuity” and tip) for only pasta. And the antipasto salad was cheap—salad was slimy, salami was hard/old and tasted like the fridge. The dining room is dark and dingy. Unless you have 2+ hours to wait for mediocre food at a ridiculous price for the quality, I’d avoid this place.

I'm so glad my daughter-in-law picked this place. We were greeted by a lady with a tiny baby. You can sit anywhere my husband will be with you shortly. He stopped by the table and said, "I will be your server and cook tonight." It was an amazing meal, large portions, everything prepared to perfection. It was a birthday dinner for my son and husband, just a great experience. It's a drive to get there, but I will definitely make that drive again!! Thank you❤️

Great lunch at Pinocchio’s. The food reminded me of Italian food in NY/NJ. The sauce, bread and sausage and peppers were amazing. My husband said his calzone was the best he has ever had.We will definitely make this a regular place to visit.

Smells so so bad in the restaurant glad they had some outside eating unfortunately they then held door open and the smell leaked out restaurant. Smelled like toilet and sulfer and nail polish it was gross. Food wasn't awful but it wasnt as great as described. Chicken in chicken Alfredo and broccoli was spicy which im sure if you like spicy chicken thats great but not for me.

I love their Spinach salad with warm balsamic! They make their own ranch dressing, it's amazing, you will want to take some home!

Ate here this summer with my kids. Kids meal (buttered angel hair) took an hour. One of us ordered chicken park and it took two hours. They were short staffed but multiple people came in ordered ate and left before we got ours. Restaurant has a nice feel and the food was fine. They should really run the place a little better if they want return customers.

Seems to be poorly run. The food is great, the bread basket & alfredo are delicious, but something is very off. Staff seems to be overworked and unsupported. Hopefully something is done before this place tanks because it’s some of the best food in the area.

No vegan options and horrible pizzas. Their menu says you can request a vegan menu from your server but when I asked for one she said there was no such thing. She asked the kitchen and they said the only thing they could make was basic spaghetti with marinara. So I ordered a pizza with no cheese instead (I don’t know if the crust was vegan or not.) It was tiny and had little bits of shriveled up toppings that I couldn’t even tell what they were. For $17.00. My friends ordered wine and it was barely two shots worth of liquid in tiny glasses.Definitely would not recommend. Is given one star but the atmosphere was fine and the servers were fine.
