Alway is a negative experience! We went back last night, after seeing there was a remodeling of the restaurant. We arrived about 5:20pm. We were initially the only ones waiting to be seated. When we walked in someone was at the front area at the register. No acknowledgment that we were even there. We sat ourselves after waiting about 8 minutes. Waited some more at the table. Went back up to the front to ask for assistance. Was told someone would be out. Waited another 10 minutes at the table. No one ever came to help us. We eventually just left after waiting about 20 minutes for anyone to help in any way.

Looks great! I like the new remodel, but they're still a little slow on making pizzas got here with no one here and sat here for a while.

Overall I have always enjoyed the Pan Pizza.

Second bad experience in a row. Done ordering from this place. Ordered online for pizza, wings and cheesesticks. My order was delivered by doordash and not pizza hut. Wings were missing as so were half our cheesesticks. Ordered 10 and got 5. Spent almost an hour on the phone with both doordash and pizza hut trying to get it figured out. Pizza hut finally claiming they only sell the cheesesticks in 5’s and would not redeliver the rest? What? interesting because i ordered 10 as shown on the website and was charged for 10. They finally had someone else come out and redeliver the wings. Managed to get doordash to refund our entire tip (which we tipped very well…always do.) last time we will order from thjs place.
Visiting from new mexico, we ordered enough food to feed 5 adults, our order was canceled due to them running out of dough, hard to believe but okay. Kicker is, no one called to let us know they canceled it, we waited for over an hour before being told the news. We had to call and ask due to no communication.

We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.
I tried calling to make an order for delivery I called three times and got hung up each time I called because I need to do a modification on the order that they did not have online and when they did answer I said I wanted to make an online order they were mumbling/saying jibberish so upsetting need new and better pizza places

Pizza was ok. Boneless wings aren’t bad but sauce is hit or miss. Main issue is that they use 3rd party delivery services and not their own drivers so it takes longer and the app doesn’t reflect that on the tracker.

I order 2 pizzas with stuffed crust on the app. They call me saying they were out of the stuffed crust so i went with the hand crust after already pay on the app for the stuffed crust. They said they will send a gift card with the pizza to reimburse the money that i spend on the stuffed crust and i only get the pizzas without any gift card for reimbursement pizzas are good but please be more responsible when you guys promise something

I’ve always loved the food here but their workers aren’t it, they always seem to be moody and over all rude. My most recent visit, I waited about 10 mins before someone helped me. They just seem to careless and prefer to be on their phones. It would be better if they actually hire those who want to work here.

Have only ordered take out, but it has been pretty consistent in what I expect from a Pizza Hut... Don't get me wrong, I prefer Pizza Hut over most other chain pizza places. The staff has always been nice, and my order has always been correct... You guys messed up by not painting the new roof RED! Big mistake in my opinion

On Google and on the door (opening hours) it said it was open, but then we were told technically only take out is still open. The one we talked to was very friendly though and said we still could eat here, he'll close after we go.
Food was good. Service friendly, but we were obviously the only ones except for the ones who came to fetch an online order, so we still felt a little rushed.
There were three TV's, Movies playing, on one Hogan's Heroes (pic) love that series so enjoyed watching that while eating. : )
