I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut buffet in over 10 years. My experience today was outstanding!!! The service provided by Katelynn was unparalleled! She greeted every guest as they came in with a smile and such a positive attitude. We immediately felt wanted, we didn’t seem like a sale to her, but a guest in her home. She greeted who I assume were the “regulars” with a personalized greeting to each of them that showed she knew who they were. She continued to be attentive to every table. When we were joking about the white pasta and how excited we were to see, I mentioned an allergy I had to beef and pork. She said “well, you should have told me, we are happy to put custom ordered pizzas out for you, what can we make you!”
The food was great, but the service really set the experience apart from the other restaurants.

Don’t order delivery from here. We ordered pizza got our time changed three times just to never receive our food. The staff just likes to argue with us that it isn’t their fault our food got lost because they go through door dash. So ridiculous.

I ordered pickup. When we arrived, the guy at the counter said they didn't have an order for me but it was on the board as completed. When we got home and opened up the boxes they were burnt. It was the worst pizza I've had in my 65 years of life!!! That's a lot of pizza they beat out for the worst. At this point, I say Domino's all the way!!!!

I NEVER do positive reviews except once, this brings back alot of memories i must say its been remodeled well, while still bringing me back to the past!!! Only 2 buffets left in CO, I pray this place does well!
To at 4:00 pm April 19 2025. I ordered Seven pizzas for a get together and I was excited to pick up the pizzas from this place normally everything is fine and pizza is great, but today unfortunately it was not the case. The pizzas didn't look fully cooked and the crust looked all crumbled. So I asked if they can remake them the cashier who attended me didn't hesitate to do so, but someone else by her side did not see it that way. I don't know if she was a manager or supervisor. I asked for her what she was she would not respond and started to argue with me in front of other customers stating the pizzas were fine that's how they came out and the pizza dough was fresh and I responded that I would not accept the pizzas like that . I had to raise my voice which is not like me it was embarrassing for as a customer never had this issue at this location very disappointing at the end the pizzas were remade for me and I t hen asked the cashier who the lady was who I spoke to. She told me her name is Carolina and she was the one who had made the pizzas, and that she was new. If that was the case it's still not acceptable for her attitude and making a seen with the customer. I'm very disappointed. This pizza hut can do better without this kind of employee.

I saw more of the workers smile today than I have at any food service restaurant in my life. I think they got a new manager or owner a year or two ago and this place has been way better ever since!

I've always ordered online and most of the time I have no issues. However it's been twice now that when I order stuff crust on a specialty pizza, it'll send the order without the stuff crust. (Stuff crust is the main reason why we come to pizza hut!) I brought this to the manager's attention and she remade our pizza without issues and for free! She recommended we call once we place our order so next time we don't have to wait for a new one, which is what we will start to do.
