Started with an employee getting upset because I was asking about missing dips then once I got home realizing I was missing two menu items I ordered. So I called to ask about it and get a refund and the employee hangs up on me after talking about crediting my account. Love the redesign but doesn't help the customer service.

Went in for a mommy daughter date for the all you can eat pizza. The pizza was hard, my daughter found a hair in her pizza and when we expressed our concerns, Kayleigh said “oh sorry”. We usually love this pizza hut but after today I think we will be going elsewhere. 😢

I’m don’t know what happen to Pizza Hut but they went down hill big time.. I had ordered pizza for my family placed the order at 1pm to pick up at 530 pm. I got there at 540 and they didn’t have my order ready… ok cool. I’ll wait the 15 minutes they told me it’ll be… I waited 45 minutes and reminded them twice while waiting and they “forgot to throw my order in” I didn’t get no apology no “let us make it right” nothing.! I decided to give them another chance considering it was super busy that day I had went it with Halloween orders… I place another Order nov 17th at 330.. not busy at all!!! So tell me why my Order is old…. My crust is harder than a rock!! The cheese looks horrible.. almost as it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.! It absolutely blows my mind how bad this place has gotten. And it’s unfortunate because this was a family place for me as I’d order pizza from them every other Friday. But with these last two experiences I will no longer be a customer.

Calling to try to make an order and the lady that was talking to at Pizza headquarters was mad because I was asking questions about their deals and then decided that she was not going to answer my questions and then hung up on me and then still didn't even place my order that I did order and asking her about dealing she said that we don't have no deals and it literally says it right when you call Pizza Hut miss talking to me in just the rudest tone that you could even imagine whoever that lady is she should get fired I learn how to do her job at least

I didn’t realize Pizza Hut used doordash to deliver their food. The people who dropped off my food kept asking me to give them stars but I didn’t use the doordash app, I used Pizza Hut. They didn’t understand what I was saying and I couldn’t understand what they were saying. At least I got some pizza but the whole delivery exchange was not what it used to be.

Sara Cano and team were awesome! Service was exceptional while we had our softball team in for lunch. Sara went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Food was timely and delicious as well. Thank you, Sara!

This place was hopping. Sara, our server even made us the nostalgic & delicious taco pizza for their lunch buffet. Old school vibes and fantastic variety. We will be back:)
