We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who...

Pizza was ok. Boneless wings aren’t bad but sauce is hit or miss. Main issue is that they use 3rd party delivery services and not their own drivers so it takes longer and the app doesn’t reflect that on the tracker.

I order 2 pizzas with stuffed crust on the app. They call me saying they were out of the stuffed crust so i went with the hand crust after already pay on the app for the stuffed crust. They said they will send a gift card with the pizza to reimburse the money that i spend on the stuffed crust and i only get the pizzas without any gift card for reimbursement pizzas are good but please be more responsible when you guys promise something
