I made an online order. Get there had to wait 15 minutes and didn’t even start my order. I asked 2 employees and they saw me just waiting without making my order. What’s the point of doing an online order when they tell you a time it’s ready, you go there and still have to wait 15 minutes.

Had a delivery tonight and had a couple items missing from my order. When I called to see how we could resolve the issue the manager became very rude. She said her name was “Liz” but highly doubt that was her name. She wouldn’t stop talking and became very rude throughout the conversation. Then she proceeded to blame the delivery service for the missing food. I don’t know how you blame a delivery service when they aren’t the ones that made and packaged the order. Which somehow another was really hard for her to understand. And then told me she wasn’t allowed to refund me the money for the missing items but would put our name on a “board” for a free entree at our next visit.

It’s faster not to order in advance on the app because they help everyone in line before they start filling other orders. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

I really hate to leave such a low review when I love Qdoba. Usually there are generous portions and delicious food for a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately, not the case here. The rice was undercooked/dry. My bowl (which asked for extra rice) had a regular amount that I expect from any other qdoba and my wife's bowl didn't even reach half up with everything included. There was not enough queso for what was there, there were about 5 total pickled red onions and some toppings were even missed (online order; my sour cream, my wife's cheese)
The staff were pleasant and quick with the order, so I think this is a managerial issue where corporate is putting pressure to cut back on portions and time spent on each order. I imagine this is due to the fact that it's the only fast food of its sort in the area, making it a prime spot to lower costs and retain customers. Please consider eating elsewhere.

Update: This location has gone downhill drastically. The customer service is terrible, and the food assembly is always a mess. The food itself is no longer of quality.
