I went the other day and they had no food cooked. So I just walked out. It was 9:00 pm. very disappointed. Wont be returning.

Food was terrible. Overcooked meat and beans and undercooked rice. We got there 30 minutes after they opened and it was not clean. Gross stuff spilled on the floor that had been there for at least a day, floor hadn't been swept, and it looked like stuff spilled on the wall. Very disappointed in this location.

Clean bathrooms, which is a plus because it is becoming more rare (thank you!). The staff was very friendly. Food was as expected, very good. Well done!

If i could leave zero stars i would. Terrible experience. The girl serving me had a major attitude and gave me a hard time for asking about portion sizes—even though I know exactly what’s standard since I worked at Qdoba for two years. She eye-rolled at me and charged extra for a regular portion! Completely unprofessional and a rip-off. Won’t be coming back to this location if that’s the kind of service they allow.

Came in at 10:20 pm. The food was in bags, and the cheese was super thick and chunky, ALL the protein was very crusted and VERY dark. My significant other and I had to leave immediately in fear of actual food poisoning. Scary to think employees were just hanging out in the office on their phones with no care at all, I will definitely go out of my way to go to the Firestone location and NEVER COME HERE. Truly a laughable experience, get your **** together.

I have done Catering from this place a few times and the food is always dry and brunt so be careful.the inside is alway out of stuff and dirty not run very well. Service is hit or miss. The last time we did catering the gave us cards that they ended up not honoring and said we marked the 3x on them.

They didn't let me use the restroom

They were out of medium cups , so we were told that if we wanted a drink, we'd have to purchase a large one. We then asked for a water cup. I went to put ice tea in it but the tea was empty. So I put soda it. You can't tell people they have to buy a large drink just because they ran out of medium cups. That's ridiculous.

Great fresh Mexican food! Made to order. Choose your protein and ingredients. Similar to Chipotle. Great for a healthy choice and tasty too!

The food is great but the staff here is the worse and most rudest group of people!! You don’t have an attitude every time we ask extra for something there lucky it was my wife that was in there and not me!

Mostly good.. but skimpy on some ingredients for my order. There was no sauce/crema on my street corn bowl.. kind of made it less street corny. But it was alright

Just watch as they make it if you can.

Vegetarian options: Some fajita veggie options and salsas, beans and rice, cheese quesodillas, chips and guacamole or queso. There are enough options I think.

Parking: Limited number of spaces right in front.. but lots of parking a few yards away.

Kid-friendliness: It's fast food.. kids are welcome and they have a small kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is limited right in front. You may have to walk/wheel a few yards from another adjacent parking lot, but not too far.
