Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went on a Friday evening and it was busy. Scott was great and did his best to make us feel cherished. The kitchen, however, was very slow. We asked for fries twice and never got them from the food runners. Sad.

Their useless server accused me of having a fake ID (because it was not from Colorado, are you kidding me????) when I asked for a drink! And walked away from us when I said never mind I’d have just water! How dare she? And their manager was the same level of stupidity telling me that their servers didn’t need to know all kinds of IDs.
Never visiting this trashy place again!

Super disappointed in our visit last night. We come here often and always have great service. Our server was terrible. Ordered multiple things and then had to request them again when our food came. Beers sat in the well forever- no lime on either beer when we ordered it. Brought out the wrong kids meal. Ordered kids shakes to go. We sat and waited and they never came. Eventually left. Will go to Chili’s next time.

I got food poisoning from this place they must have unsafe food practices I will never eat at a Red Robin’s ever again I can’t even look at their menu without wanting to throw up. If I could leave negative stars I would.

My waiter SCOTT made my dining experience great!!!!! Just felt like the burger could've been better for a burger joint, not bad, but not an amazing hamburger 🤷‍♂️

Service was terrible. Waitress was absolutely inattentive. Didn’t come to check on us, after the food was brought out. The crazy thing it wasn’t even busy. Had to ask to order because the waitress didn’t come back. Fries were cold with my burger that was supposed to have avocado on it and only had maybe a smudge. Burger was soooo thin too. Ordered milks for the kids and she didn’t bring them out until 15 minutes later. Waste of money for the service and food. Not coming back.

We were sat and it took 15 minutes before they came to us and they were not busy also the bottom less we ask for are second ordered to three people and that took twenty mins

Excellent service and one of the best burgers in town! Try their doughnuts they are really good too.

Parking: Plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: Menus and crayons for kids. The server even brought my niece an extra piece of paper to draw on.
