This is a local Colorado favorite! I drove thru and grabbed breakfast for me and friends! EVERYONE enjoyed the food from Santiago's! Their tortillas are definitely homemade! Their breakfast burritos were cheap, and the best in Brighton, Colorado! I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 people!! VISIT your local Santiago's whenever you get chance! Try the smothered green chili burrito!
I go for breakfast burritos which are always excellent. Service is good but they are so busy in the morning they expect you to know what you want, get in and get out. I recommend putting your order in with their app.
Best Santiago’s location out there. Fast, slightly friendly, and always spot on. Many of the other locations are incredibly inconsistent, rarely good and usually dry, but not this one. 10/10
