The staff was on top of it! They attended to their customers who wanted to dine and to the ones who ordered to go. I was skeptical about the waittime but the lady assured me i wasn't going to wait long. I waited 2 minutes if that. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here since I was a young girl but after today’s experience I will never return to this location. After they had me wait 40 mins for food they just needed to bag up! Absolutely disgusting service from these employees I walked out so heated. How disrespectful and no apology even given from the employees yes I get it things like can happen but be professional enough to at least apologize

We went to celebrate somebody's birthday. We had a nice evening and the food was fantastic. Our server was also great!

Had food for pick up said ready at 630 pick it up at 635 got home the burrito and numerous other items were stone cold and the tamale was inedible like trying to chew on rubber def had to be cooking since this morning for price to quality ratio mind as well go to Taco

This was our favorite food at one point. We used to eat here daily, but sadly, even with their crazy price increases, its gone to the dumps.There's never any chili in my burrito, like none, even though I always pay for extra, plus the chili is so watery and flavorless now!But the final straw and reason for this review is the chicharon broke my tooth ?. The whole batch were rock hard and not edible. They have progressively gone down hill, and aren't doing anything to fix it. I suggest going elsewhere.Edit to add: we tried it again. And it's gotten worse!!! The oil they used to fry the Indian taco shells, and potatoes was extremely burnt/rancid! We couldn't even eat it!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants when I was the producer buyer at Sysco food service (retired now) and the place that was always my favorite was Santiago's I have eaten there well over three hundred times in the last twenty years that was one of the reasons I moved to Brighton also I have never ever had a bad meal or bad experience, carmen is also a great lady and gives so much back to charities.

The server who usually is upfront and takes the orders continually makes mistakes, seems detached when taking orders, and is not quite rude but definitely isn’t welcoming. We’ll try the Santiago’s in Thornton from here on out.
