Fantastic pizza. Pairs really well with the great beers at something brewery. I really hope they continue their deep dish pizza permanently!! The cup and char pepperonis + hot honey and/or the chili peppers they provide is probably some of the best pizza ive had. The employees are lovely

This place is the best pizza in Brighton and is one of the best in CO. I’ve tried every top rated place in CO. I’ve traveled to top rated places in the country. This pizza is simply amazing. I highly recommend checking them out!!!

The service was disappointing. Took about an hour to receive food when we were the only ones around. Not a huge deal, but the food was pretty bad which amplified the disappointment.
The wings tasted like they were boiled or something. Rubbery and undercooked, we each had a bite and immediately threw them away.
The pizza was probably a 3.5/5. It’s ok, not great but also not as nasty as the wings. I’ll definitely not be purchasing food from here again. The beer at something brewery is really good though!

Got pizza at the zoo from this place....and Look I don't care what anyone has to say about the service or how long it takes. This pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever tasted. It reminds me of the lucky pie that used to be downtown. And no it doesn't compare to the other lucky pie location. This definitely is the ? perfect pizza ?? Most definitely worth the wait and the money ☺

The pizza is great. The problem is it takes forever, to the point that you wanna just ask for a refund and go elsewhere. For this price point you gotta figure out a quicker way to get the food out.

I honestly can say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Seriously. I had the “Right hand man” I’m pretty basic. Love it. Super friendly also!!
I wish I could give zero stars! If you plan on hiring Simply Pizza for your event, I would 1) reconsider or 2) have a back up plan. We entered into a contract and submitted a deposit in July for our large (100+) event at the end of September. With three weeks leading up to our party, Melinda (owner) canceled our contract with no explanation. She offered to help me search for an alternative food truck, but I never heard back from her on this either. Very unprofessional! I had to reach out to 40+ food trucks/caterers with only one that could fulfill the task with less than three weeks before the event. I HIGHLY suggest you reconsider booking Simply Pizza Truck & Catering for your event unless you have a reliable back-up solution.

We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza.
It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.
