We have some great options in Brighton but Something is a favorite for so many reasons. Best sours around! If you time it right, you can get wood fired pizza from the truck out back. Definitely worth the drive if you aren’t already in town.

The brewery is awesome. Great bartender and environment. I will say that everyone is nice including the staff on the Food truck. I just have a hard time believing that prices have gone so high… Not just here but everywhere. Just know that you will be paying $18 for wings and fries. It’s a little too pricy for my friends and I.

This place is awesome! They have Simply Pizza if you get hungry and they’ll bring it to you whether you’re inside, in the arcade or out back in the patio. Most Sundays and Mondays Colorado Eats food truck is there and their wings are amazing! If you live in town or visiting definitely should hit up Something

Our favorite brewery to visit! Top notch staff, top notch beer, and top notch atmosphere! If there was one thing I would actually improve on would maybe reducing the size of the arcade and remove that wall to increase seating inside, but outside of that it's amazing and actually visiting again after I write this review

Amazing brewery. Beers are great and the selection is awesome. IPAs are solid, always a few sours, and some fruity or unique flavor combos on the lighter side that's bound to make everyone happy.
As for food, in-house pizza is awesome, Mexican food truck across the street is good, and oh my gosh is La Estrellita just a few doors down amazing.
And then there's John. Amazing beertender. Always happy, welcoming, and ready to serve up a refill to your empty pint. Great guy!
Friends told us to come here years ago. We've now been 10 times over the last three weeks. Yes, it's that good. And yes, we plan to continue to stop by and make up for the past.
