Bri is such an Amazing and kind person , she went out of her way to make me a Unicorn cream slushy, which came out amazing and tasty (Btw this was a special request and she made it perfectly without asking questions or denying my request ) Thank you so much for this amazing service at this Sonic 👍

Was just told that they were not taking anymore orders at this time...it was 6:30pm and 3 other cars were innfront of me. Definitely will be thinking twice before returning. Unacceptable customer service.

Really you close at 10 but shut off the lights at 9 while people are waiting to order who were there before 9PM then get rude when questioned.

This location close their doors hour early while I was sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes. Waiting to place my order. Shut off all lights would not answer the door or say anything just waved everybody away.

Went for a chicken sandwich today and received a raw one. Unfortunately, as it is a sandwich. I ate some. When brought to the lady cooks attention. She brushed it off like it happens. She is going to hurt someone or a child by serving raw chicken and not taking it seriously enough to make changes to prevent it. I will never go to this sonic ever again and I advise the same for others as they won't change and continue to serve uncooked food. If I get sick, I will contact the owners for compensation for my medical bills. I contacted corporate and the health department

Was terrible. Oder was wrong and when pointed out the cashier was rude and snatched the bag back. Asked for a order for a cheese burger and was given a plain hamburger. Also messed up the order for cheddar peppers. Was given mozzarella sticks. They gave me my foot long and not thinking to check that. Found out after getting home. It was just a hot dog and bun. Terrible service on simple order. They also had 3hrs till closing and they shut the ice cream machine down so kids couldn't get a dessert.

Kid-friendliness: Don't go to sonic after 7::00. Kids won't get any kind of ice cream desserts since they chose down machines to clean. Not sure why 3hrs before closing but was told they won't turn back on until morning.

Just bought the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. It was so small! I opened it up and looked. It did not even have a full size bacon piece and I saw 3 small pieces of the sausage. So disjointed!!! I was craving it, I git the same thing at the sonic in Fort Lupton and it was made awesome. Guess I'll just drive there next time!

We sat there after pressing the button for 15 min. We watched 4 cars go through the drive-thru. The request timed out, so I hit the button a second time. Which was IMMEDIATELY answered....... Only to be told their buttons aren't working.... the one they immediately answered the second time.... that I had to go through the drive thru.

This is the mission statement from the east coast I would assume it doesn’t differ much from Brighton CO. Unfortunately this location stole 70 odd dollars from me and my family , served us food under temp , fried in grease that was beyond bitter to the point if being unsafe. The wrong order . Then when I attempted to correct said situation I was met with attitude phone hang ups , I went to location in person , the young “manager “ came out stomping talking down to me . Then gave me the number 720-416-0608, said this was the store manager, which I find hard to believe , because again talking loud yelling at me and again unprofessionally hanging up on me. As an owner of Sonic in another state I find this deplorable and not Sonic standards whatsoever. There is a bunch of non trained young want to be leadership here and as a Sonic lover and member I do not except this location as Sonic whatsoever. Keep the money , your leadership will be the downfall of your location. I will go back to the Sonic locations that value what Sonic truly is and what Sonic Stands for.

Walked in here to get a DoorDash order. No one’s taking any orders through their state stalls. They’re either going through a drive-through or walk in and get it. I walk in and this guy that’s in this picture in the back on his phone while this poor lady is running around doing everything. Need to get some more people in here or shut this place down.
