This Sonic location is trash. The speaker boxes in the drive up don’t work, and the girl got mad at me because she couldn’t hear me on the broken speaker. The food is consistently terrible.

rude workers. mid food. high prices. go somewhere else its really not worth the attitude they give every single time, yesterday i got so fed up with the ladys tone i just left without ordering anything. will not be going back to brightons sonic.

Ordered a Reeses Blast from them and the ice cream tasted sour. I couldn't get through more than a few bites before trashing it. They either need to clean their ice cream machine or check the dates on the ice cream bags. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt and called to let them know, but any time I have tried in the past, no one answers the phone. Very poorly managed.

So I came through close to 10 last night for only a nerds slushy which I never had before. The lady who took my older was not helpful when I was asking what drinks the nerds come in she didn't recommend anything. It pretty much left me to figure it out by myself. After I told her I was done ordering the mic just went off at the drive-thru. I didn't get a total or anything or pull to the next window. She was very extremely rude. The name on my receipt says Christine. The girl at the window was very apologetic for the service provided by Christine, if this store wants better service ratings then they should get rid of Christine that is very rude when taking orders and providing service

Server is an extremely impatient and rude old lady. Was rushing us through the order and adding unnecessary comments. Needs to lose the insane attitude. I’ve worked food service, thats not how you EVER treat a customer. However there was one server who was very sweet

Went at 8:15 to order in the sit down area and was told they were not taking orders anymore.
15 mins after they told us the sit down area was closed the employee decided to take our order but was very rude and would cut me off mid sentence.
Additionally, when the people behind me were ordering, the gentlemen was talking to his friend in Spanish and the order taker started screaming “I HAVE SOMEONE SPEAKING SPANISH” on the headset in a rude manner. This obviously upset the customer who then replied with “I speak perfect English”
