Every time I go to this location my drink is nasty and its always missing something. I got a gingerbread latte and they did not add whipped cream and drink was nasty.

I've been coming to this starbucks for a couple years I live like 5 minuets from here and the workers are always the sweetest people and so nice I've never had a bad experience everyone is always so sweet it makes me want to work there

So gross! My Starbucks drink looked nothing like what I ordered. It was spilling out of the cup, looked dirty, and honestly made me feel sick đ€ąMoreover, the staff appeared extremely unprofessionalâthey were constantly chatting amongst themselves, their voices nearly drowning out the music! Some customers discovered items missing from their orders, yet the staff just turned back to their conversations. One customer waited about 20 seconds before the staff member finally turned around to respond! The customer was already rolling their eyes.OMGïŒ ïŒ11-13-2025ïŒ11amđđ» You're just waiting for your business to fail! The Dutch Bro next door has excellent service and is very good.

Worst Starbucks around. They used to be good but have really gone downhill the last few months. They cannot get a simple order right. I usually don't say anything and just go. But today was the 3rd time in a month my order is wrong. So I went inside said my order again, and they still wrong so I just took it and left. I will not be going back to this location anymore.
This place makes you wonder if they could get a plain black coffee wrong, they probably could.
FYI my order is with light creamer. LIGHT! The remake was still pretty light but drinkable. While inside getting a remake he asked me if I wanted classic in it, I said yes. They put none in. You literally just asked me and still forgot?!

Starbucks must not train on customer service anymore because this place it was non existent, basically every starbucks is the same. Dutch bros over does it with the customer service and Starbucks itâs just non existent.

When it's good it's good. But this month my phone order has been messed up. Two of my cofffees, the brown sugar cortado was a plain cortado. My salted caramel cold brew was just a plain cold brew with foam. It's like they forgot to add the flavors. And no, they weren't crazy customized. Just basic. And then Instead of a breakfast sandwich, I got a burrito. Not thrilled to pre order, tip and then drive to work to find it's wrong. I understand mistakes happen, it just seems like they're happening here frequently. Anyways, I definitely will check my orders before driving away -Sorry for the hold up to the people behind me. That being said, they do do a good job alot of times. Hoping this is just a phase.

I have been a long time customer of this location not only for the good quality of coffee, but because of how much I liked and appreciated the people making it. But I have to say, within the past 6-8 months of coming here it has become somewhere I have started to avoid. New management has completely destroyed what used to be one of my favorite parts of the day. Theyâve hired new baristas with absolutely terrible attitudes who canât even bother to look at you when youâre at their window. And theyâve gotten rid of the baristas that made Starbucks what it used to be, all because they canât afford to pay higher wages or maybe they just canât handle that the people below them, are better than them. You can tell the new management has no idea how to properly lead a crew, because more times than not do I have a poor experience here with newer staff, and when youâre consistently having bad outcomes you canât blame anyone but the leader. Hope they get it together.
