I was shopping at Target and decided to stop at the Starbucks in the store and get a drink. Starbucks are everywhere and I get the same drink a vanilla bean frap with caramel throughout the cup and on top. The cashier asked if I wanted extra caramel so I said yes. I was thinking a teaspoon or so. I mean they don’t give you much anyway so extra is great. Well holly cow! I got a cup of caramel with some whipped cream. I don’t know if the barista was being a smart a$$ of what but come on! The line was long so I could not have them remake it. I figured I could just pull my straw up and not drink from the pool of caramel in my cup. Wrong. It was so sweet and gross I just threw it away and told myself I did not need the calories. I guess I made a $6 donations to Starbucks today!

Baristas are so rude. I’m always polite to them, they just stare and laugh. Last time i was there i ordered a hot white chocolate mocha Idk why they just did steamed milk with the white mocha sauce. I was in a rush to get to work because i had to walk. I didn’t drink it on the way so i didn’t notice until i got to work. It was too late to come back. I won’t be coming back here until you train your baristas to not stare and laugh at their customers.

Baristas are so rude. I’m always polite to them, they just stare and laugh. Last time i was there i ordered a hot white chocolate mocha Idk why they just did steamed milk with the white mocha sauce. I was in a rush to get to work because i had to walk. I didn’t drink it on the way so i didn’t notice until i got to work. It was too late to come back. I won’t be coming back here until you train your baristas to not stare and laugh at their customers.

Went in there yesterday and ordered a water and a coffee, it wasn’t busy just me and one other person who already had gotten their coffee and sat down. I was waiting by where they hand you the drinks and the barista rudely asked me what I was doing, I said waiting for my drinks, she said well you don’t need to stand there, go sit down! I was shocked so I just stepped back and she messed up my whole order ugh it was the worst . Do not recommend

I've never had bad service at any Starbucks until today. 1 young lady with a hickey, looked like she just rolled out of bed. The other couldn't stop talking about her love life for 30 seconds to hand me my muffin.

We went tonight and it was only one person there due to being short staffed ( a girl) she was the most attentive and polite young girl.

If you like overpriced WRONG coffee orders, then check this Starbucks out! There was 4 young girls working and they were not busy. So to say they might have been understaffed is inaccurate. One girl took orders and wrote down what we wanted, one girl made coffee, the third stood on her phone doing nothing. And the forth was just out wandering the store. I absolutely love Starbucks but will not return to this one. Both of my orders were completely wrong and were horrible. Never returning again!
