The people who work here are always so cranky

I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino and I think they forgot to put the ice in it, and as hard as I tried, I was not able to drink but a few sips of it before getting sick! It was separated and warm! Absolute waste of money. Very disappointed. I decided to treat myself because I missed my birthday 2 days ago and instead it just caused me anxiety.

This is the one inside kingsoopers. The drinks are better than the drive thru location but not consistent. Seems like the Batistas put their own twist on some items. I would not recommend going to this location if you're in a hurry. The wait is very long.

I've been to starbucks in 24 different states and every one with only 1 or 2 exceptions, has been very good. This one is one of the good ones.

We've had good service here before, but tonight we arrived at 7:48 PM and were very abruptly told that they were closed. We we trying to get two hot chocolate for my son's, and we were there well before the 8 PM close. If you had a reason to close early, I understand, but you could definitely tell me in a much more friendly way.

1.Slowest Starbucks I have ever been in.2.they have gotten my order wrong 4 times now.3.first time going inside to relax and give them the benefit of my doubt. Well not only did I not get greeted when i walked in at 7pm (place empty)but after ordering i sat patiently for around 10min then asked "did you forget about me"(couple orders and gets drinks)he says sorry.i get my drink sit down only to feel like its closing time by the worker throwing stools and chairs on top of tables@7:15 extra loud.i tried to ignore until he hit my chair w/stool..I'm done here.
