The lead Cheray at Starbucks is amazing i’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name it might be sheray but she is absolutely amazing. Great with customer service and will absolutely address anything wrong with your drink or the customer service couldn’t be happier to go back to the location, in fact, just moving back to Brighton might start using this location a lot more just because it seems like they really care about their customers and their opinions on their drinks

I usually love going to this Starbucks. I noticed the same girl that is ALWAYS there and by herself hasn't been there as much. Which is a bummer cuz she is the sweetest lil miss ever. Anyway I went in at 6:30p.m. and this other gal said she already shut the coffee machine down so she can't do no espresso or anything hot. (While there was 2 customers in front of me and 2 customers walking up behind me) It's frustrating when they say they close at 7p.m. but yet can't get any coffee or anything hot at 6:30. I was disappointed because I went to king soopers just for the starbucks. Might as well put you close at 6:30p.m. I mean what are you guys gonna do in the fall/winter months when most customers would love something warm and while they shop or if kids want hot cocoa. Between 6:15 and 7p.m. jussaying just change the website that you close at 6:30 or whenever the girl feels like shutting the machine down to clean it. So tonight lost 4 customers wanting starbucks. I asked her don't you close at 7? And she said yes but the espresso machine is already shut down and cleaned. I totally understand they want to leave at the end of their shift or at closing 7.p.m. you guys should just change the hours of closing time. That's all!

Ordered 1 coffee that was supposed to be a caramel mocha iced latte. Without my knowledge she made two coffee’s and charged me for both and would not give me a refund. I cannot drink 2 coffees for one person. $7 wasted. Bad customer service. The coffee that I did actually order and drink had so much syrup in it that tasted horrible.
