We get sandwiches from your store all the time and always good. I usually get a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which has a lot of chicken and two slices of bacon. Last night I decided to get just a BLT, but when I went to eat it, it only had two slices of bacon, some tomato and a ton of lettuce. Since the bacon is the only meat in it, I thought there would be a little more bacon than just two slices. It was more like a LT sandwich. Thankfully I had some precooked bacon at home to add to it. I was just very disappointed because everything is always so good. If someone orders a BLT, add a few more slices of bacon please!!

Store was clean. Service was nice expect, when we did order one sandwich was perfect. The other two had way to much sauce to the point where when the person wrapped it they didn’t even close the sandwich before cutting it causing sauce and everything to just fall out once we in wrapped it. I love subway but not when I’m only tasting sauce. One sandwich was also just mainly meat and nothing else. Idk I feel it’s common sense with proportions and I feel I should have to guid the worker to do the job correctly who should know already what they’re doing. Also idk if they discontinued the stickers that keep the sandwich wrapped because we didn't get any. Idk $32 for three sandwiches and only one was made correctly

It’s been 3 times now with todays order using the app that our sandwiches have been wrong but this time it was 3 out of 4 sandwiches that were wrong and half of what was wrong was extras that we are charged extra for like bacon double meat and extra cheese and it’s been at this location next to Safeway in Brighton every time! When we go in and order they do great as long as they don’t have to read the order they can make the sandwiches just fine but every time we use the app our order is wrong! I don’t recommend ordering from here on the app

Honestly this place use to be super cool. However the last few times have not been it. There is always new people each time and their service is not that great. They always seem to be out of most things. Like at least put a sheet telling us what you don’t have so I can look at my options since I order the same thing. Also how are they not gonna check the drink machine. Like I bought a cup to get a specific drink yet it’s not available nor are most options. And apparently they don’t know how change it or whatever it’s that you have to do. And even if they do have someone they don’t change it. I waited close to an hour one time after they told me they would and in the end they didn’t. It’s just not worth going no more.

#FOOD POISONING ALERT! I went to get good here last night. The girls seemed annoyed because I came in at 9 when they don't even close until 9:30pm. I got myself and my kids the spicy Italian. I should of known not to eat it because it tasted weird. And had a different smell than usual. I figured it out. The PEPPERONI WAS BAD. IT SMELLED TERRIBLE AND IS NO GOOD. IDK WHAT THEY DO WITH THIER FOOD WHILE JUST SITTING AROUND BUT IM GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO INVESTIGATE. IM SUPER SICK RIGHT NOW. MY KIDS WOKE UP CRYING AND PUKING. AND SUBWAY ON BRIDGE ST. IN BRIGHTON WAS THE ONLY THING WE ATE YESTERDAY SINCE THE EARLY MORNING. THATS NOT COOL AT ALL. AND IT SEEMS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHOS FAMILY HAS EXPIERENCED THIS. SO THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS TERRIBLE. DONT GO HERE. GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY.

I love there food, but their service is so disrespectful! everytime me and my sister go there this one girl walks in with an attitude and is always throwing our sandwiches rough.

What’s up with this location having teenagers or childish adults working here? They look for a reason to be argumentative and instigate problems!I ordered a 6in sub on the app and specifically asked for extra Spinach, lettuce, and veggies I go pick it up and see this girl barely put anything on it! I brought it back in and asked her to put more very respectfully she proceeds to throw a tantrum over it and act like I was bugging her. The way she made it was clearly disrespectful!! If you don’t like your job nobody’s forcing you to work there! They start laughing and running their mouths soon as I start walking out because I wouldn’t give them a fight…such typical degenerates just always looking for drama and fights.. go seek therapy
