I had one of the best Subway experiences thanks to Zusli. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. She took her time making my sandwich, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. On top of that, the sandwich was made perfectly and tasted amazing. Employees like Zusli are what keep people coming back. Huge shoutout to her for the great service!

The slowest sandwich maker on the planet was working, the bread was old, the vegetables were frozen and the sandwich artist does not care to know what goes on a sandwich.... Saddens me because I do love subway, but this ruined my dinner.

Sandwich has very little flavor and almost nothing in it. This sandwich has ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and condiments. Ot was around 15 because I paid extra for the bacon. It was so thin, mostly bread! If you guys are charging these prices then you cant skimp. I will not be back. We work hard for our money and this is unexceptable.

These past few days I go in and I see these young ladies and man they always do such a good job. They wash their hands and they make our sandwiches with just enough veggies. I’m glad to see this place can still have great service. Been coming here for years.

We get sandwiches from your store all the time and always good. I usually get a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which has a lot of chicken and two slices of bacon. Last night I decided to get just a BLT, but when I went to eat it, it only had two slices of bacon, some tomato and a ton of lettuce. Since the bacon is the only meat in it, I thought there would be a little more bacon than just two slices. It was more like a LT sandwich. Thankfully I had some precooked bacon at home to add to it. I was just very disappointed because everything is always so good. If someone orders a BLT, add a few more slices of bacon please!!

I placed an order online for two footlongs. When I got home one of them had red onions which I didn’t order and my son is allergic to onions. I called the store twice and no answer!
Store was clean. Service was nice expect, when we did order one sandwich was perfect. The other two had way to much sauce to the point where when the person wrapped it they didn’t even close the sandwich before cutting it causing sauce and everything to just fall out once we in wrapped it. I love subway but not when I’m only tasting sauce. One sandwich was also just mainly meat and nothing else. Idk I feel it’s common sense with proportions and I feel I should have to guid the worker to do the job correctly who should know already what they’re doing. Also idk if they discontinued the stickers that keep the sandwich wrapped because we didn't get any. Idk $32 for three sandwiches and only one was made correctly

It’s been 3 times now with todays order using the app that our sandwiches have been wrong but this time it was 3 out of 4 sandwiches that were wrong and half of what was wrong was extras that we are charged extra for like bacon double meat and extra cheese and it’s been at this location next to Safeway in Brighton every time! When we go in and order they do great as long as they don’t have to read the order they can make the sandwiches just fine but every time we use the app our order is wrong! I don’t recommend ordering from here on the app
