Tonight at 6:20pm, while picking up my order, my husband was treated horribly by an older woman with curly gray hair. She yelled at him and spoke to him in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and someone who treats customers this way should not be working in customer service! I hope management sees this and addresses the situation accordingly. Because of this experience, my family will not be returning, and we will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere, as this behavior was entirely inappropriate. Also, I did call to speak to a manager & was hung up on multiple times.

Tried calling phone line over and over again. Only a busy signal. Now I can't modify my order. Check your phone lines!!! And, we just received the sandwich and this is what it look like. Ridiculous.

I have to give credit to their team member Makayla. She was awesome, very helpful, funny, and friendly. Very knowledgeable about every menu item and answered every question I had. Love it when workers have personality and this sweet girl has a lot of it, could tell she genuinely cared about everything she was doing. My husband and I had a great time. Good job Subway

It was extremely dissappear and maddening seeing the floors covered in trash right when I walked in then when I ordered it took at least 5 min just to get my order taken and I saw vinay talking on her phone in the back. Once I finally got my order taken, I was ready to pay, and vinay said one second and was on her phone at the register while I was waiting.

Do not order online from this location!! I never received my drink, my sandwich was sticking out of the wrapper, and there’s barely anything on the sandwich making it flat. They do not answer their phones either!

REMEMBER TO MENTION & USE YOUR COUPON AT THE START. Once the cashier rings-up your order, it's too late to apply the coupon code. Lesson Learned! Lol.

Parking: Parking directly in front of the Subway door is very limited. However, there is a large parking lot for the shopping center near by.

Had went today and was served by a girl named Ricky . She was great ! I noticed she was running the store all by herself . I wanted to write a review because a woman closing a store by herself is not ok . As a big company like subway you guys should insure your employees are safe . There are cars parking and watching her and being weird . This is completely
not okay and as a company you guys need to do better .

LOUSY!! Placed substantial order several days in advance with a designated pick up time. Paid for the order at time it was placed. They failed to put the order into their system, so nothing was prepared. Waited for an hour to have new substitute sandwiches made while they took care of those in line. Would not refund at that time. Went back several days later to see manager as suggested, but was told by district manager that they could not provide a refund on the spot. It would have to go through corporate.
Lousy for sure.

Ordered no mayo, came drenched. Ordered jalapeños, came with none. Ordered black pepper, came with black olives instead, which I am allergic to. 2nd time my order was incorrect.

A really nice and new Subway. Very conveniently located. Samara (guessing at the spelling) was excellent and fast to prepare our food. I highly recommend!
