It was extremely dissappear and maddening seeing the floors covered in trash right when I walked in then when I ordered it took at least 5 min just to get my order taken and I saw vinay talking on her phone in the back. Once I finally got my order taken, I was ready to pay, and vinay said one second and was on her phone at the register while I was waiting.

Do not order online from this location!! I never received my drink, my sandwich was sticking out of the wrapper, and there’s barely anything on the sandwich making it flat. They do not answer their phones either!

Had went today and was served by a girl named Ricky . She was great ! I noticed she was running the store all by herself . I wanted to write a review because a woman closing a store by herself is not ok . As a big company like subway you guys should insure your employees are safe . There are cars parking and watching her and being weird . This is completely not okay and as a company you guys need to do better .

LOUSY!! Placed substantial order several days in advance with a designated pick up time. Paid for the order at time it was placed. They failed to put the order into their system, so nothing was prepared. Waited for an hour to have new substitute sandwiches made while they took care of those in line. Would not refund at that time. Went back several days later to see manager as suggested, but was told by district manager that they could not provide a refund on the spot. It would have to go through corporate. Lousy for sure.

Ordered no mayo, came drenched. Ordered jalapeños, came with none. Ordered black pepper, came with black olives instead, which I am allergic to. 2nd time my order was incorrect.
A really nice and new Subway. Very conveniently located. Samara (guessing at the spelling) was excellent and fast to prepare our food. I highly recommend!
