I guess the Short lady was having bad day only toasted my bacon and not the rest of the sandwich.

Delicious sandwhich. I asked for what the employee likes and she gave me a delicious chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. Also got my Italian B.M.T. and enjoyed both of them. Employees were friendly even though they had a lot of orders.

Just had the worst experience at subway. The lady that made our sandwiches was rude as hell. I asked for mustard she said” I need more information yellow or honey mustard.” She was so stingy with the veggies we had to ask several times for more of the same thing. Why be in customer service? The young girl was great. The older lady should work in the back.

I went in and was greeted right away, there was not a long line and I made my order, staff was super friendly. Then when I went to pay, Maile, rung me up and was very polite while I was trying to figure out my coupon. Overall, great Subway and I would choose this one over any other subway! Delicious sandwhich 😋

I stood in line to get a refund they were so rude. I don’t know why Gayle doesn’t serve Black people (we watched her do it to multiple people) but it’s just a sandwich.
She magically found manners when helping the white patrons. I wouldn’t send a dog to eat there if that’s the principles they stand on. Definitely reaching out to escalate.
I asked for a refund, she gave me less than I paid back and then threw the remainder at me with “for what? 2 bucks???” as a response. I was livid and won’t be back.
Actively encouraging anyone I know to pick literally any other store

This location had serious problems tonight. Only 1 person behind the counter got them very backed up and left a dozen orders waiting for a long time. Still waiting for mine 25 minutes after it said it would be done. The kiosk ordering is clearly messing things up and they don't know how to prioritize kiosk orders vs walk ups

Now I'm a fan of subway, used to work there even. But this was ridiculous and I'm usually really lenient. The boy who was making my order almost dropped one of the sandwiches multiple times. Didn't place the meat in a decent placement, all the meat was in the middle and barely near the ends. Was so skimpy on the toppings that I repeatedly had to ask for him to place more and was terrible at spreading any of the toppings. I literally had to rebuild the sandwich when I got home because it was that badly put together.

They charge you a fee for placing an order. What an absolute joke and a scam. Just a BS excuse to charge you hidden fees. They’ve lost my business with their scummy practice. No wonder it was a ghost town in there. They can’t even get your order right but they still upcharge you hidden fees no matter how you order. Twice is enough. 2 separate orders and 2 sandwiches made wrong. Terrible service and terrible business practice. If you do order, double check it because the quality clearly isn’t there.

Had a plesent young lady greeting customers and helping with the new kiosk ordering system. She was wonderful and very helpful. Not sure about the kiosk ordering thing. Always thought the Subways concept was you could look at the fresh ingredients and choose what you wanted by visually seeing its freshness. Evidently, not anymore.

First of all there was a lady in there named Fatima and she is the worst employee!! Disrespectful, started arguing with us because she wouldn't honor the 6.99 footlong deal she had just told us they would take it there. Then after we order she goes on to tell us we had to do it online, something she NEVER mentioned before we started ordering. After I told her that in customer service the customer is always right she kept on being the most disrespectful person, I asked for her name so I could call corporate or someone and at first she wouldn't give it to me. Finally after arguing with her as we are walking out she goes on to insult us and call us names. On top of all of that we got home and my husband's meatball marinara had burned meatballs. I would definitely NEVER recommend anyone to go here!!!
