Walked in no one eating in store. It was like she had put the online order off and then we came in and it was a rush for the online order. lady tells us she had to make sandwiches for an online order. Next thing we know she made 6 sandwiches for online. Horrible customer service. People in store should come first.

I ordered online for a pick up. 2 kids meals and 1 6inch sandwich. I got 3 kids sandwiches but sure still paid the price for a 6 inch. The lady working had quite the attitude that I didn’t deserve to receive. She should have make my sandwich correctly being I PAID FOR IT. let me know if you can tell which on it is!

They will ignore you standing right in front of them for 15-30 minutes. Online orders comes first, physical customers have to wait and watch. My advice place your order online and hope they don’t mess it up

This place I would describe as sucky. Food was prepared wrong, and I order on app and got there before it was done. No greetings. No interactions, no acknowledgement. Infant, anyone could have stolen whatever food was on the shelf or done something to the food and nobody would have said anything. I recommend avoiding this place until they replace the entire staff

2nd visit to the prairie center location in less than a month. This is by far the best Subway I have ever been to. Bread is never hard always fresh. Staff is awesome!!!! Tables are kept clean. Keep up the good work and thanks for a great lunch.

Parking: Plenty of parking stops.

Ive bever left a review for a Subway before, but shoutout to the friendly employees of this location! We got there 5 minutes before closing time half expecting the lights to be off, but they were open and got our orders ready very fast!

Now I know why I stopped going to subway. First off the manager was angry, and seemed mad that me and my family came in for food. It felt like she set the tone for the rest of the staff, the food was awful, meatballs were over microwaved straight from the freezer, lunch meat tasted and looked like it came from the cheapest plastic bagged grocery lunch meat, everything was stale, the only thing that was seemingly fresh was the vegetables, even the "Fresh baked bread" was stale and tasted reheated. Would not recommend to anyone, and this will be the last time I ever go to Subway.
