Was excited to see quesorito burrito was back but upsetting that it costed nearly $7 after tax and was mostly tortilla. Solid menu item in the past now ruined by corporate greed and skimping on cheap ground meat and other cheap ingredients that they order by the truck load. Probably costs .40 cents for a burrito yet they sky rocket price to nearly $7 and say they have to pay for staff yet still don't add up in the end. Taco Bell once a place that had affordable food on a budget now turned into high priced yet low quality food. I'm fading from this company more and more every visit.

6:42pm after Thanksgiving, I did not catch the guys name at the window but he had glasses on he was so so kind and patient. Brighton needs more workers like him to work. Being kind is free and doing your job right is not that hard. Brighton has the worst customer service ever so I try my hardest to leave reviews for the ones that do a great job.

Got a crispy chicken burrito and the tortilla was old, dry and had completely split from one side to the other. Figured it would be fine. Started eating and threw it away. The chicken was SO old and tough and hard.

Do better taco bell. This is ridiculous. After a 30 minute wait you can't even fill up a taco halfway?! I wouldn't be upset if this location closed and went away forever. The community would be better off without this place.

$29 rite down the drain! we ordered dorito locos tacos with easy lettuce and extra tomato and what they gave us was three tacos with a teaspoon of meat four lousy pieces of tomato and like two pieces of lettuce on all three tacos and our next order was a nacho supreme with extra cheese and upgraded the taco to a Doritos loco taco supreme and on that one it had four lousy tomatoes on it a couple pieces of lettuce and a teaspoon of meat I tried calling them up a few times and no answer
