I came in and simply ordered 3 doritos crunch tacos and a regular nacho fry. I get home and realized I got 1 very singular taco *missing the other 2* and I got my nacho fry but no nacho cheese... however I did get exactly 43 packs of hot sauce NOT EVEN BEING EXTRA. So recap I lost half the order I paid for and got an absurd amount of sauce

If I could rate it 0 i would i got off a 12 hour shift tired and hungry they wouldn’t answer me on the microphone at all for 10 minutes then they proceed to take my order and i order tacos that’s it just some tacos and they proceed to give me 1 quesadilla and i drove away thinking they gave me my order and i call back 5x with no response, horrible service.

You can be the only one at the counter ordering with a uniform in ( yes people should understand that you are probably needing to eat and get back to work) and they will take the order then fulfill 6-7 drive thru orders then yours . Total BS. Won't,, can't return can't get food and get back to work in 1/2 hr and work is less them 5 min away

Walked in to dine-in with my family and the floors were absolutely disgusting. We wife actually walked out of her shoe because of how sticky the floor was. On top of that my order was completely wrong and the employees argued with me about it.

Is not the first time that happens! There’s always a wrong order or a missing item! They don’t get things right and if you tell them about it they get mad! Ridiculous and it was a shift supervisor who “helped me” They need to get more training on packing orders and costumer service for sure!

Cashier is extremely nice n respectful. Cooks on the other hand need to find a new job. How hard is it to put a burrito together with adequate ingredients no i dont want my ingredients separately inside.

Super hard working cooks and the manager is very attentive and friendly! Even though it was a busy Friday evening, they made sure to apologize for the wait and checked in on us to make sure we had everything.
