horrible customer service. they don’t listen to what you have to say before they start talking to their coworkers. charged me $10 over the amount then took our food back . $30 taken from me for nothing in return.

Sitting here for about 30 minutes with a bunch of no people in the line. Two more people went up to the counter and forced their orders through after they paid for them like I did. Might have well gone through the drive through as 17 cars already got their food. The Hugh school handling taco bell does better on bridge street with the heavy traffic. If I have to sit at the order counter for my order like everyone else, they do not prioritize the orders well at all. This taco bell needs to get a better manager. Third review over 7 months due to santiagos is closed Sundays. Shut this taco bell down
Edit: paid for adding chipotle sauce, not in the burritos. The high school kids on bridge out-perform this store. No wonder my coworker takes the extra drive to go there. If I could give half a star, I would. This taco bell is a gatcha game for your food. You pay too much for the quality. Go to the bridge street location by the high school. Better food, better customer satisfaction.

I'm not the one to usually leave horrible reviews but I felt like today this afternoon at 1pm my family went through drive through to order food. Since there isn't a preview menu before coming up to the ordering I told them to hold on they were really pushy and wouldn't let me finish ordering with out constantly asking if that was all. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes it took me awhile to figure out what I could have that would be safe for me and my baby. When I was finally done ordering they didn't even repeat back the order or tell me the total just told me to come to the window. When I was given my food I looked it over to make sure my family got everything they ordered the manager lady who was pushy at the drive through opens the window and asks if there is anything else I need. I said yes were missing 2 of our tacos. She continues to argue with me after I and my husband looked our order over and did not see the 2 soft tacos we ordered she then snaps at me and says you didn't order them which I know I did maybe if she didn't keep cutting me off when I was ordering she would of gotten my whole meal correct. Anyways she then goes on to tell me to pull to the front where I said no I need to pay for 2 tacos and In that time they should have to tacos made. I felt the service was really awful and was not necessary to be so pushy and rude probably skip this taco bell in the future.

The kids working the drive thru are always nice. The soda is hit or miss - they're either out of a syrup or the soda we order tastes like the syrup is almost gone. That's about it though. Food tastes like Taco Bell food.
When you walk in and stand at the counter, the just look at you. No one will take your order.
Compliments to the staff for the last 6 months. Always just how I order it. Wasnt always the case but its great now.
I’ve never had a correct order out of this place. Always something missing or something made incorrectly. They don’t seem to care enough to read order tickets.

This location is terrible. We stopped going here months ago because of the bad service and the ridiculously bad food. We tried it again today and found the same outcome. The crunchwrap was flattened to the thickness of a water bottle cap and NO fillimgs wrong quesadilla and the potato tacos tasted like it was smeared on the floor. This team needs to be replaced, the owners need to look at these reviews and take action. It’s insane the quality you get from this place with the prices they are charging now days. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and will never be returning.

My tacos had more shell than meat and overall just bad service
On a 30 min lunch only people at the counter, waited 9 min to be helped. After ordering the new jalapeno ranch fries. They handed me a container for a Mexican Pizza.. Yes inside it was about 10 fries some hamburger tomatoes and the ranch sauce. I took it to the counter where I was ignored about 5 more minutes until one of the ladies in the back came out and said that what I got was how it comes. I pointed to the picture and said uh NO it's not. She then reiterated in the only English words I believe she knows sorry That's the way it is !! DO NOT EAT THERE!! Just don't do it. We won't go back.
