I usually go and get tostadas de camarón but today it was way more vegetables than shrimp and I usually get mango pieces in them too but not today. Are you not consistent with how they are made.

I sent my daughter to get me a chile relleno burrito this morning. She gets home and is like “ the man was so rude “. We brushed it off and I was eating my cold burrito and never tasted the chille relleno. I tossed what was left. I gave the restaurant a call and the man rudely suggested I go in there for a refund or new burrito. I sent my daughter because I’m working. She gets there he’s rude, did not want to give a refund that he wanted the burrito back. Let me tell you these people have no customer service skills. It’s not the first time something like this happens, but I go back. No customer service, no manners and cold food in this place. They really schedule a health inspection in this place. And some training. I let them keep the money because I have to work and my daughter also goes to work. We do not have the time. All we wanted was some breakfast.

I stopped at the drive through and asked the girl what she recommended that I could get without cheese. She recommended getting the number 13. I ended up getting the 13, 10, and an ultimate enchilada telling her clearly that I didn't want cheese multiple times. Both main dishes were covered in cheese which I didn't discover until later because this was a to go order at the drive through. I spent $37.98 and they couldn't do the most important thing that I asked. I will not go back for after this lousy service.

Waited in line for roughly half an hour to get our food. Got the wrong order on top of that, but didn’t realize until we got home. Also, feel like the pricing online and on their menu isn’t consistent with what they actually charged. Our total should have been about $22.80, before tax, but instead we paid $30 something.

My husband and I came here to get a menudo in the drive-thru. Not only did it take FOREVER, they did not give us the menudo the way it’s supposed to be. The container wasn’t wrapped in plastic and the guy punctured the lid to shove the other container with the cilantro and onions into the menudo. The bread was SOAKED and soggy by the time we got home. Something needs to be done about this! I took pictures of everything but for someone reason I can’t attach my images.

I ordered off Door Dash and had a few simple modifications like no onions on my kids $6/each Tacos and yet came with onions.... that was a waste. Had a simple request to swap out Enchilada sauce on the relleno burrito with green chili and that also didn't happen. IT EVEN SAYS IT ON THE TICKET THAT GOT SENT HOME TO ME. I just don't get it...... literally a $62 delivery and most is not to our liking... and $10 guacamole and chips was the most sparing slap of guacamole on top of our chips.

First time here and I have to say the tacos tasted amazing and was full of flavor, the homemade salsa was perfect and the tortillas were fresh and warm. Staff was very friendly! I highly recommend to give it a try!
