Every time I come here the food is always great but the customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the cashier is very enthusiastic and other times they could not care less to be there. I had a terrible experience yesterday with Brenda in drive thru. Please speak with your employees, I'm a regular customer here and I'm considering no longer going.

I ordered a no 8 and a Guacamole with chips. Guac tasted like it was premaid or from a can not fresh. No 8 Food was soggy, cold and no flavour. Chips were good, rice was ok, beans were too thick. Might be the place to be after a all night drunk for a taco? They are open 24/7...

I usually go and get tostadas de camarón but today it was way more vegetables than shrimp and I usually get mango pieces in them too but not today. Are you not consistent with how they are made.

Guy at drive thru rushed me hella fast when I was trying to look at the menu
I sent my daughter to get me a chile relleno burrito this morning. She gets home and is like “ the man was so rude “. We brushed it off and I was eating my cold burrito and never tasted the chille relleno. I tossed what was left. I gave the restaurant a call and the man rudely suggested I go in there for a refund or new burrito. I sent my daughter because I’m working. She gets there he’s rude, did not want to give a refund that he wanted the burrito back. Let me tell you these people have no customer service skills. It’s not the first time something like this happens, but I go back. No customer service, no manners and cold food in this place. They really schedule a health inspection in this place. And some training. I let them keep the money because I have to work and my daughter also goes to work. We do not have the time. All we wanted was some breakfast.

I stopped at the drive through and asked the girl what she recommended that I could get without cheese. She recommended getting the number 13. I ended up getting the 13, 10, and an ultimate enchilada telling her clearly that I didn't want cheese multiple times. Both main dishes were covered in cheese which I didn't discover until later because this was a to go order at the drive through. I spent $37.98 and they couldn't do the most important thing that I asked. I will not go back for after this lousy service.

Waited in line for roughly half an hour to get our food. Got the wrong order on top of that, but didn’t realize until we got home. Also, feel like the pricing online and on their menu isn’t consistent with what they actually charged. Our total should have been about $22.80, before tax, but instead we paid $30 something.
