I really love this place. It took me a bit to discover it but they truly have the best tacos in Brighton. I absolutely love the service. Whether it’s the owner or her sister a the helm, they always make you feel welcome. I really wish they offered lengua tacos to make it even better.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new, and this food truck was conveniently close to our house. One of the best food trucks I've ever had! My boyfriend got the steak quesadilla, and I got the chicken quesadilla; the green sauce had a little kick, but everything was amazing! Definitely will return again, and I love that they have both to -go and shaded tables to eat at!

I like to try taco trucks all over the area, from Broomfield to Watkins to the Springs and in between, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I've stopped by a few times, and they are always super friendly. The food always tastes fresh and flavorful, the asada is tender, and the corn tortillas have a great flavor and texture. I also really appreciate the extras they add to the taco plate - fresh cucumber, radishes, lime, grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño so it definitely makes it a complete dish. The red and green salsas are good but could be a little more spicy. I do have one request of them and I think they'd make a killing if they added this..but PLEASE PLEASE add Lengua to the menu lol. Its my favorite and it would be so bomb with those tortillas

I hate to post a bad review, as we usually LOVE this place!!!! But this time it was totally sub par. I always get a chicken burrito and my 3 boys get beef or pork. This time is was all beans! I got a small bite of chicken maybe every 3 bites. Ughhhh..... sad as this is a staple stop

I was working in the area and figured I'd stop by for lunch since it was close but the asada burrito i ordered was not asada. Anyways the whole this was a little cold and flavor not so great. Sorry but I wouldn't come back. Also 2 burritos and 2 sodas was 35 dollars. The price isn't that great.
