Edwin was such a fun person to have the pleasure to meet! I just wanted to jump on and let him know that he’s doing a great job and I hope he has a wonderful holiday season! Thank you so much for being so kind to my family during our dinner!

I don’t go to Texas Roadhouse often—maybe once every few years—so when my daughter picked it for her birthday dinner, I had forgotten how lively (and yes, a little chaotic) it feels.

Service & Atmosphere:
The staff was fantastic! Every single one of them was friendly, upbeat, and attentive. I truly enjoyed watching my daughter turn red in the face when they asked her to get up and sit on a saddle so they could do a birthday announcement to the restaurant-bwahahaha!
We had a party of six, plus an infant in a car seat and a toddler in a highchair. The staff happily moved us from our originally assigned table to one that was more comfortable, which we appreciated. That said, I think larger parties would be better off at freestanding tables instead of corner booths—it was a hassle scooting people in and out anytime someone needed to step away.

The food... from my family's response was great. I'm still mad that I let my husband talk me into getting the catfish in a restaurant that's known for their steaks. I think he thought he'd have his steak and eat the fish too. It was just okay: the coating lacked flavor and the sauce was a bit too tangy. I added shrimp for a little extra, and those were actually pretty good. For sides, I had loaded mashed potatoes and loaded mac and cheese. The potatoes were surprisingly bland, even with bacon and cheese on top, and the mac and cheese was decent but nothing to write home about.

But those ROLLS AND BUTTER! Amazing everytime. Soft buttery rolls with sweet cinnamon butter- heavenly! And I finally tried the cactus blossom appetizer—crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth it.

Two of the kids went with burgers and were happy. My daughter enjoyed a mocktail, and they treated her to a complimentary birthday dessert (a brownie, I think) that disappeared in seconds. My husband and son both ordered steaks (the right call), and smothered them with mushrooms—no complaints from either of them.

The bathrooms were clean, and they have a family restroom with a changing table—super helpful when dining with little ones.

Final thoughts: a bit pricey, so I’d call it a special-occasion place. If you go, order the steak (don’t let your spouse talk you into catfish!) and do your best not to fill up on those amazing rolls before the meal.

Our server, Andrew was on point, attentive, a clear communicator. Good timing with checking on us. The porterhouse was worth the price! Salads, steak fries, and Chicken fingers, all fantastic. The locally oriented decor was fun. The Bluecifer mural on the back wall was our favorite.

Food is delicious, and Skylar’s customer service is excellent. She offered us delicious fried mushrooms. However, Alexa needs more training in customer service. I was waiting to be seated when she seated me next to another customer, only a few feet away. I politely asked if there was an alternative, but she responded with an attitude and said I had to join the waitlist again. Unfortunately, I was with an autistic person who couldn’t be too close to strangers. The restaurant is great, but Alexa needs to improve or be moved to a kitchen where she doesn’t interact with customers.

I just wouldn’t come here during a busy time which I went between 4:30-5:30 on a Thursday. The food took a minute and it was warm/cold when it came to the table, I got a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and corn. The corn was hot but the steak seemed to be sitting for longer than 15 minutes before it got to me. I asked for a refill and there were particles in the drink. Obviously Texas Roadhouse in general is loud with their music as it is so can’t really change that. But yeah don’t come here before 5pm as you’ll get not so great service.

This place has gone downhill in service and quality of food significantly in the last year or so. Management takes no accountability for poor service and the people that they have in the kitchen/bar take no pride in their work and it shows in the quality of product that they send out. It's frustrating going out to dinner, knowing that it's gonna be $150 for a family of 4, and getting less than par service/food.

Steak was good. Soup was barley warm. Asked for a loaded baked potato got loaded mashed potatoes. Mac and cheese was awful. Service was fine. They weren't around enough to even notice.
Got the job done for what it is.
